    摘要: An outer ring of a cross roller bearing is a composite component having an outer ring main body portion comprised of a lightweight metal alloy and a raceway surface formation portion that is linked to an inner side thereof and that is comprised of a ferrous material, and is manufactured in the following manner. A ring for forming the raceway surface formation portion is preformed, the ring is inserted into a forging die, powder forging is performed using a metal powder for manufacturing the outer ring main body portion, a composite component is manufactured in which a ring-shaped portion for forming the outer ring main body portion is integrally formed with the raceway surface formation ring, and an after-treatment is performed on the product. A lightweight, highly durable bearing ring can be manufactured by this method.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a rigid internal gear for a wave gear device comprising an internally toothed portion and a gear main body portion comprised of different materials. In this method, a gear main body ring for forming a gear main body portion is preformed using a first aluminum alloy powder; an internal teeth-forming ring is preformed using a second aluminum alloy powder that has lower processability, is less durable, has higher abrasion resistance, and is harder than the first aluminum alloy powder; the internal teeth-forming ring is fitted inside the gear main body ring and the assembly is integrated by powder forging; and the resulting ring-shaped forging is subjected to post-processing, including cutting teeth. The gear main body portion and internally toothed portion are securely integrated by powder forging, and a lightweight rigid internal gear with high durability can therefore be obtained.

    摘要: An externally toothed portion of a cup-shaped flexible externally toothed gear of a wave gear device is flexed into an ellipsoidal shape by a six-roller-type wave generator. A region of an inner peripheral surface of the ellipsoidally flexed externally toothed portion that is positioned on a major axis of the ellipsoidal shape is maximally inclined. First rollers of the wave generator are arranged so that the incline is identical to the incline of the region of the inner peripheral surface. A circular outer peripheral surface of the first rollers can be brought into contact with the region of the inner peripheral surface in an external-tooth tooth-trace direction without deflection; therefore, the angular transmission precision of the wave gear device can be improved.

    摘要: Disclosed is a wave-type linear motion mechanism including a hydraulic pressure chamber for applying a retention force in the axial direction to a rigid screw member which moves in a linear fashion. Regulating valves are provided in the hydraulic pressure chamber, and these regulating valves open during the rotation of a wave generator so that no hydraulic pressure is exerted on the rigid screw member which moves in a linear fashion. During the rotation of the wave generator the regulating valves close to establish an airtight state in the hydraulic pressure chamber, and a hydraulic pressure is exerted as a retention force on the rigid screw member. Although restricted by the meshing strength between the rigid screw member and a flexible screw member and the buckling strength of the flexible screw member, the retention force of the wave-type linear motion mechanism is able to be increased.

    摘要: A robot hand converts the longitudinal extending and retracting motion of an actuating rod of a linear actuator into opening and closing motion of left and right first links via a link mechanism. The link mechanism includes left and right middle links composed of coil springs. When the left and right first links come in contact with an object to be gripped, the middle links elastically deform and expand, and the force gripping the object gradually increases due to the elastic deformation of the middle links. It is possible to prevent a large gripping force from acting suddenly on the object and to prevent the object from being deformed, damaged, or otherwise suffering harmful effects.

The luminescent layer is formed by providing a blanket having a resin film having a surface tension of not less than 35 dynes/cm as a surface layer and an ink for a luminescent layer, having a viscosity (ink temperature 23° C.) in the range of 5 to 200 cP as measured at a shear rate of 100/sec, and containing a solvent having a surface tension of not more than 40 dynes/cm and a boiling temperature in the range of 150 to 250° C., filling the ink into cells in a gravure form, allowing the blanket to receive the ink from the cells, and transferring the ink on the blanket onto a luminescent layer forming face.
