    摘要: A power transmitting mechanism is provided in which a driving member rotatingly transmitting power and a driven member receiving the transmitted power are arranged concentrically for rotation relative to each other. A torsion member is accommodated between the driving member and the driven member. A first hysteresis mechanism including at least one friction member is provided on the inner peripheral side of a spacing accommodating the torsion mechanism. The friction member of the first hysteresis mechanism may be split into a plurality of portions each passing through, with clearance, a respective hole or cut-out in the driven member. A second hysteresis mechanism including at least one friction member is arranged outside the space accommodating the torsion mechanism. The second hysteresis mechanism generates hysteresis separate from that generated by the first hysteresis mechanism. The torsion member may be plural torsion springs with differing spring constants. A flywheel is connected to the driven member and a clutch mechanism is either abutted against or substantially spaced apart from the flywheel.

    摘要: A clutch assembly for automotive vehicles as one application of the rotational torque transmission mechanism comprises an inertia member divided to a driving plate connected to an engine crank shaft and a flywheel connected to a clutch cover. Between the driving plate and the flywheel is provided dampers and a torque limiting clutch which will permit the slidable rotation of the driving plate relative to the flywheel. Thus, any vigorous torque variation on the crank shaft particularly at the low speed of the engine may be absorbed or diminished to thereby avoid the objectionable torque transmission to a clutch output member.

    摘要: A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus provided between a crankshaft of an engine and a driven-side input shaft includes a flywheel coupled to the crankshaft and a damper assembly disposed in a torque transmission path between the flywheel and the driven-side input shaft. The damper assembly includes a pair of drive plates, a driven plate and a spring damper. A torque limiter is disposed in a torque transmission path between the flywheel and the damper assembly. The torque limiter includes a pair of linings which generates relative rotational slip between the flywheel and the damper assembly when a torque larger than a predetermined amount is transmitted and are adapted to slip when receiving at least a predetermined amount of torque. The linings of the torque limiter are fixed to one of the drive plates and are interposed between a flywheel main body and a damper cover that forms a part of the torque limiter. The drive plates, the linings and the damper cover are centered with respect to the flywheel main body, and are assembled together to provide an assembly of the flywheel main body, the damper assembly and the torque limiter. After the engine is assembled with the driven-side input shaft, the assembly of the flywheel main body, the damper assembly and the torque limiter is fastened to the flywheel plate that is fixed to the crankshaft.

    摘要: A clutch disc is constructed to achieve superior performance by increasing the allowable torque or the angle of torsion of the damper plate. The clutch disc includes a clutch hub, a disc spring, and the damper plate interposed between the clutch hub and the disc spring. The damper plate is provided with an arc-like slit. In a portion of the slit proximate to the end of the slit at the peripheral or the inner peripheral side of the damper plate, the slit is centrifugally curved or curved toward the clutch axis such that both ends thereof are close to a radius of a concentric circle. According to another aspect of the invention, the damper plate is provided with a plurality of first rivets and a plurality of first rivet holes. The radii of the first rivet holes gradually decrease as the distance between the clutch axis and each hole decreases, whereas the radii increase gradually as the distance between the clutch axis and each hole increases. According to a further aspect of the invention, several damper plates are provided and there is a dislocation between the inner periphery of each damper plate and the periphery of the damper plate in the direction parallel with the clutch axis so that the damper plates have a certain thickness in the direction parallel with the clutch axis.
