摘要: A mark selection sheet is prepared. The mark selection sheet is preprinted with a plurality of setting marks. The setting marks are printed at various positions and with various sizes. Intensity of light reflected from each setting mark is detected by a reflection type sensor. Based on the detected results, an optimum position, an optimum height, and an optimum width of a quality-check mark is selected, and then stored in an EEPROM.

摘要: A dipping machine has a chucking portion for engaging a holding plate to downwardly direct chip components, which are held by the holding plate, and a dipping vessel provided under the chucking portion, which is coated with a thin film of electrode paste. Conveyors horizontally transfer the holding plate holding the downwardly directed chip components, coated with the electrode paste, to a drying furnace. The drying furnace receives the holding plate holding the chip components downwardly and rotates the same by 360.degree. for drying the electrode paste. Thus, the as-formed electrodes have uniform widths on side surfaces of the chip components and the electrode paste is protected against adhesion of foreign matters such as dust, whereby it is possible to manufacture chip components with stable quality.

摘要: An apparatus capable of measuring a wet paint film thickness easily and accurately in a non-contacting manner. The apparatus includes a paint film surface data acquisition unit for obtaining paint film surface data indicating a roughness of a paint film surface in a wet state, in a non-contacting manner; a paint medium data input unit for inputting paint medium data specifying a paint medium from which a paint film is formed; and a paint film thickness calculation unit for calculating the paint film thickness from the paint film surface data and the paint medium data according to a dynamic levelling property of a wet paint film. The paint film surface data include wavelength data indicating a wavelength of an unevenness on the paint film surface, and roughness data indicating one of a peak to peak amplitude of the unevenness on the paint film surface, a surface roughness of the unevenness on the paint film surface, a power spectrum integrated value in an image of the paint film surface, and a density vector in the image of the paint film surface.

摘要: A system and method for automatically controlling a vehicle speed to a desired cruise speed are disclosed in which whether after any one of command and release signals is outputted from the corresponding set/cruise, acceleration, resume, brake, clutch, and cancel switches, a control unit outputs a corresponding receipt signal via a corresponding output port is determined, whether the contents of the control command signals presently outputting through the respective control valves are equal to inverted levels at the respective control valve is determined, and a power supply to control valves for adjusting an operating variable of an engine driving force adjusting mechanism and the control unit is interrupted when at least one of the results of determinations indicates a negative result. In addition, when the control unit outputs the control command signals to the control valves to increase the vehicle speed, a subroutine of monitoring a cruise speed control enable state from the vehicle speed, command switches, release switches, and flag indicating the cruise control state in the control unit is executed.

摘要: An electronic musical instrument automatically plays a musical accompaniment utilizing a minimized number of tone signal generating channels. The electronic musical instrument has a plurality of tone signal generating channels each for generating a tone signal representative of a tone to be produced. Keys depressed on an associated keyboard are assigned to the tone signal generating channels to cause them to generate tone signals corresponding to the depressed keys. When an automatic accompaniment circuit is actuated, a predetermined number of ones of the plurality of tone signal generating channels are reserved for generation of tone signals of the accompaniment. The reservation is made such that those channels which are idle are selected at the highest priority, those channels to which the earliest released keys are assigned at the second highest priority, and those channels to which the earliest depressed keys are assigned at the third highest priority.

摘要: A tempo control device for automatic performance according to this invention is of a type wherein a tempo of automatic performance is caused to automatically follow that of manual performance as the latter changes during performance. When difference in tempo between manual and automatic performance falls within a predetermined range, this automatic follow-up control is performed by measuring the manual performance tempo with accuracy and by controlling the frequency of tempo clock pulses in the automatic performance on the basis of the value thus measured. The predetermined range may be one fixed range for all notes of various note-lengths, or alternatively, different ranges may be employed in accordance with the length of notes.
