    Abstract: It is provided a method comprising: checking if an indication indicates that a target cell is configured to store concurrently first and second configurations of a terminal, wherein the first configuration is based on a first conditional handover request, and the second configuration data set is based on a second conditional handover request; monitoring if the source cell intends performing a radio reconfiguration of the terminal after the source cell configured the terminal for the first conditional handover; canceling the first conditional handover if the source cell intends performing the radio reconfiguration and the indication does not indicate the concurrently storing; instructing the source cell to request the second conditional handover from the target cell if the source cell intends performing the radio reconfiguration and the indication indicates the concurrently storing.

    Abstract: A user equipment apparatus (UE) includes processor(s) and memory storing instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor(s), cause the UE to: establish a connection with a first network node via a serving cell, where the first network node supports the serving cell and supports at least one of distributed unit functionality or a layer 2 protocol of a radio access network (RAN); receive, from a second network node supporting at least one of central unit control plane functionality or a layer 3 protocol of the RAN, a radio resource control (RRC) message including configuration information relating to timing advance, where the configuration information prepares the UE for at least one candidate target cell with which the UE may connect, where the RRC message is received prior to the UE connecting with any of the at least one candidate target cell; and implement a configuration based on the configuration information.

    Abstract: Various communication systems, such as radio access networks, may benefit from various error correction techniques. For example, certain communication systems may benefit from quality of service driven receiver selective hybrid automatic repeat request for point-to-multipoint communication. A method can include identifying, at a receiver, at least one quality of service threshold. The method can also include identifying, at the receiver, at least one quality of service. The method can further include determining, at the receiver, whether or what kind of feedback is to be used for an erroneously received transport block based on the identified at least one quality of service threshold and the identified at least one quality of service. The method can additionally include communicating, by the receiver, with a transmitter of the erroneously received transport block based on the determination.

It proposes a mechanism and embodiments to allow a target cell to have the information relating to a joining UE's Survival Time requirements as well as the ST status during the handover procedure. In particular, the invention is aimed at being introduced into the mobility procedures: Baseline Handover (BHO), Conditional HO (CHO), and Dual Active Protocol Stack (DAPS) HO.
