摘要: Devices, methods and computer programs for client device operation mode indication are disclosed. A client device obtains a first indication indicating at least a time duration and at least a first period for repeating the time duration. A downlink control information, DCI, received within the indicated time duration includes a second indication indicating a second operation mode of the client device, and the second indication is not included when the DCI is received outside of the indicated time duration. In response to receiving, at the client device, the DCI from a network node device within the indicated time duration, the client device determines the second operation mode of the client device based on the received second indication, and applies the determined second operation mode of the client device.

摘要: This disclosure presents processes for improving the quality of NR PDCCH reception at a UE when transmitted in a same orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol and a same frequency domain resource element as an LTE CRS. Using a capability parameter of the UE, a network node can transmit an LTE CRS and NR PDCCH in the same OFDM symbol and the same frequency domain resource elements using various encoding schemes. The encoding schemes can be one or more of puncture signalling, superposition signalling, relative power levels, UE type, adjusting the AL of the LTE CRS, or various combinations thereof. The UE can decode the PDDCH using the encoding scheme. Legacy UEs can be supported with this disclosure by the network node selecting supported UE capabilities for the encoding. The network node can balance transmission reliability with available resources.

摘要: Various example embodiments provide a system for mitigating effects of a power back-off due to exposure of user's body to transmitted power. A user equipment (UE) may determine triggering of a power exposure event, for example a body of a user coming close enough to trigger a maximum permissible exposure (MPE) limit. The UE may then send an emergency signal including an indication of the triggered power exposure event to a base station. Various beneficial options for rapidly providing the emergency signal are disclosed. The UE and the base station may enter an emergency mode, where the UE may provide further information on its power back-off conditions. Based on the information received from the UE, the base station may determine to perform adaptation of the radio link to avoid radio link failure. Apparatuses, methods, and computer programs are disclosed.

摘要: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, when an unknown secondary cell configured with a physical uplink control channel is activated, a terminal device determines whether to transmit beam information to a network. The terminal device receives a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) order in a beam which is selected in association with the beam information. In this way, a proper beam can be determined to transmit PDCCH order and it can also reduce delay.

The method comprises receiving, by a client device, a first indication comprising at least one of a first time duration, a period for repeating the first time duration or an indication of a list of at least two operation modes for the client device. The client device may be configured to receive a second indication comprising instructions for the dynamic switching of operation modes based on the list of at least two operation modes. The client device may be further configured to indicate the selected operation mode to a network device. Devices, methods, and computer programs are disclosed.
