摘要： There is provided a gate driving circuit including cascaded Gate Driver On Array (GOA) units, each GOA unit drives a row of pixels and includes a starting sub-unit, an output sub-unit and an output terminal, in the GOA unit at a first stage, the starting sub-unit is coupled with a starting signal, a first control signal, a second control signal and a constant voltage potential, and the output sub-unit is coupled with a first clock signal and a first power supply signal; in the GOA unit at an nth stage, the starting sub-unit is coupled with the starting signal, the first control signal, the second control signal and the output terminal of the GOA unit at an (n−1)th stage, the output sub-unit is coupled with the first power supply signal and the output terminal of the GOA unit at an (n+1)th stage, n is an integer greater than 1.

According to embodiments of the present application, the thin film transistor includes: a substrate; a first source/drain electrode on the substrate; an active layer at a side of the first source/drain electrode facing away from the substrate; and a second source/drain electrode at a side of the active layer facing away from the first source/drain electrode. The first source/drain electrode and the second source/drain electrode are electrically connected to the active layer independently.

摘要： An array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes: a substrate; a gate metal layer arranged on the substrate, the gate metal layer including a gate line and a patterned auxiliary metal; a source and drain metal layer, the source and drain metal layer including source signal lines and touch signal lines, and the source and drain metal layer being separated from the gate metal layer by an insulating layer; a planarization layer arranged on the source and drain metal layer; and a common electrode arranged on the planarization layer. The patterned auxiliary metal is electrically connected to the touch signal lines through first holes penetrating the insulating layer, and is electrically connected to the common electrode through second holes penetrating the insulating layer and third holes penetrating the planarization layer.

摘要： The present application provides a voltage control circuit and method, a panel and a display apparatus. The voltage control circuit includes: a comparison circuit configured to compare a first voltage with a second voltage, output a first signal in a case where a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage exceeds a thresholds range, and output a second signal in a case where the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage is within the thresholds range; a compensation circuit coupled to the comparison circuit, and configured to compensate the first voltage in response to the first signal output by the comparison circuit; and a latch circuit coupled to the comparison circuit and the compensation circuit, and configured to latch the first voltage in response to the second signal output by the comparison circuit.

The display substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an array in the display area, and an interface circuit, at least two serial-to-parallel converters and at least one display driver that are in the peripheral area. The interface circuit is configured to receive target data including a plurality of serial display data. A serial-to-parallel converter in the at least two serial-to-parallel converters is used to convert the plurality of serial display data into parallel display data. The serial-to-parallel converter is electrically connected to one display driver to provide the parallel display data to the display driver. The display driver is used to output display driving signals to a plurality of sub-pixels according to the parallel display data.
