Abstract: A graphite composite includes a graphite sheet having a void inside and a resin member. The void is partially filled by at least a part of the resin member in its entirety. The proportion of the resin member to the sum of the graphite sheet and the resin member is equal to or greater than 5% by mass. The graphite composite has a porosity equal to or greater than 50% by volume and equal to or less than 95% by volume.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a heat conductive sheet that includes a heat generation component having a large heat generation amount. The heat conductive sheet according to the present disclosure includes a heat radiation sheet having a graphite sheet, a first protective film provided on one surface side of the graphite sheet, and a second protective film provided on another surface side of the graphite sheet. The heat radiation sheet includes a bent part that is bent, and a first heat radiation part and a second heat radiation part that are coupled to each other through the bent part and overlapping with each other in a view from above. Further, a first non-adhesive area in which the first heat radiation part and the second heat radiation part are not adhered to each other is provided between the first heat radiation part and the second heat radiation part.

Abstract: An electrical device according to the present disclosure includes a heat generator, a heat dissipator, a thermal conductive sheet, and a thermal conductive fluid. The heat generator has a first surface. The heat dissipator has a second surface that faces the first surface. The thermal conductive sheet and the thermal conductive fluid are both interposed between the first surface and the second surface. The first surface and the second surface face each other in their respective counter regions. Each of the counter regions includes a first region and a second region when viewed in a direction in which the first and second surfaces face each other. The first region holds the thermal conductive fluid but does not receive the thermal conductive sheet. The second region is adjacent to the first region and receives the thermal conductive sheet.

Abstract: A heat insulating sheet includes, a first sheet, a first heat insulator disposed on a main surface of the first sheet and including a first xerogel, a second heat insulator disposed on the main surface of the first sheet apart from the first heat insulator and including a second xerogel, and a second sheet disposed on the main surface of the first sheet to cover the first and second heat insulators. A first region of the heat insulating sheet provided between the first and second heat insulators viewing in a direction perpendicular to the main surface has an extensible rate larger than an extensible rate of each of the first and second heat insulators. The heat insulating property of this heat insulating sheet hardly degrades.
