摘要: An energy-storage device, an electricity-consumption system, and an energy-storage system are provided in the disclosure. The energy-storage device includes multiple energy-storage units, an isolation plate, a first thermal insulator, and a second thermal insulator. The multiple energy-storage units are sequentially arranged in a first direction. Each of the multiple energy-storage units includes an explosion-proof valve. The isolation plate is located at one side of each of the multiple energy-storage units where the explosion-proof valve is located, extends in the first direction, and defines multiple vents arranged at intervals in the first direction. Each of the multiple vents is at least partially aligned with a corresponding explosion-proof valve, and different explosion-proof valves are aligned with different vents. The first thermal insulator and the second thermal insulator are both located at one side of the isolation plate away from the multiple energy-storage units.

摘要: A cooling structure according to an aspect of the present invention includes a press forming member including a groove part and a bank part provided around the groove part, a flow path upper lid which is a flat sheet overlapped at a position covering the groove part of the press forming member and forms a flat cooling surface, and a laser weld which joins opposing surfaces of the flow path upper lid and the bank part to form a flow path through which a cooling liquid is capable of flowing, in which the press forming member and the flow path upper lid are plated steel sheets including a base steel sheet and an Al-based plating, the flow path has a parallel flow path portion in which a plurality of partial flow paths extending along a first direction are arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and in the parallel flow path portion, an interval between adjacent partial flow paths is 20 mm or less.

For example, in some embodiments, the thermal insulation materials have desirable thermal properties, such as low thermal conductivity and/or high thermal stability. As another example, in some embodiments, the thermal insulation materials described herein have desirable structural properties, such as having a relatively low thickness, and/or beneficial mechanical properties. The thermal insulation materials described herein may also have a combination of desirable thermal and structural properties.

摘要: A battery cell cooling assembly for a vehicle comprising a cooling vessel having a coolant flow path between an inlet and outlet, cell apertures exterior to the flow path, a first directional directing coolant from the inlet into laterally spaced first sub-channels, a second directional receiving coolant from the first sub-channels and directing it into laterally spaced second sub-channels, the first sub-channels extending transversely between the cell apertures and aligned longitudinally between first aperture ends and second aperture ends of the cell apertures, the second sub-channels extending transversely between the cell apertures and aligned longitudinally between the first sub-channels and the second aperture ends, wherein the first sub-channels provide a first thermal pass by each of the plurality of cell apertures and the second sub-channels provide a second thermal pass by each of the same plurality of cell apertures for temperature control of the cells during operation.

摘要: A heat insulation pad and method of making the same, battery assembly and device are provided. In some embodiments, the heat insulation pad includes silicon rubber and aerogel dispersed in the silicon rubber, wherein the heat insulation pad satisfies that: a temperature difference between a surface on one side of the heat insulation pad and a surface on the other side opposite to the one side is ≥150° C., when the surface on one side of the heat insulation pad is contacted with hot surface having a temperature of 600° C. for 5 minutes under a pressure of 0.9 MPa followed by pressure relief and then is contacted with hot surface having a temperature of 600° C. for another 20 minutes. By using the heat insulation pad of the present disclosure, the safety performance of the battery assembly and of the device can be improved.

The heat exchange surface may further include a degree of coverage of the heat-conducting layer that varies to compensate at least one of at least one hot spot and at least one cold spot. The at least one hot spot and the at least one cold spot may be included within at least one of the heat exchange surface and a plurality of energy storage elements of an energy store that contacts the heat exchange surface.

摘要: The present invention relates to a battery module, which includes one or more battery cell units, and the battery cell unit includes a battery cell, a fixing member located surrounding an outer circumference surface of the battery cell, and a heat absorbing material located between the battery cell and the fixing member, and as a result, heat generation inside the battery module is suppressed, and ignition between the series-connected battery cell units may be suppressed. Accordingly, excellent charge and discharge efficiency, an excellent cycle property and a lifespan property of the battery may be exhibited without concern for explosion or ignition of the battery module.
