    摘要: The gasification apparatus for gasification of finely divided combustible material under pressure includes a gasification reactor which produces a crude gas, a quenching pipe and a convection-heated boiler with a boiler housing, all mounted inside a pressurized vessel. A gas flow guiding device is provided above the quenching pipe for conducting a mixed gas flow containing the crude gas and a quenching gas from the quenching pipe into the convection-heated boiler which surrounds the quenching pipe concentrically. A gas outlet device is provided for the gas flow from the convection-heated boiler and from the pressurized vessel. The gasification reactor is supported at its bottom end in the pressurized vessel at anchoring points. The convection-heated surface elements of the convection-heated boiler are supported by the quenching pipe and the boiler housing but in a stress-free manner. A quenching gas inlet device is provided and includes a circumferential gap between an inlet section of the quenching pipe and an adjacent outlet section of the gasification reactor through which a quenching gas is conducted to form, together with the crude gas, the mixed gas flow.

    摘要: The gasification process includes providing a gasification reactor for gasifying a finely divided combustible material under pressure to form a crude gas with cinder and ash components, a quenching pipe positioned concentrically above the gasification reactor, a convection-heated boiler concentrically surrounding the quenching pipe and a gas flow guide device above the quenching pipe, the gas flow guide device being rotationally symmetric with respect to a longitudinal axis of the quenching pipe; conducting the crude gas with the cinder and ash components from the gasification reactor into the quenching pipe; feeding a quenching gas into the quenching pipe during the gasifying to form a mixed flow including the crude gas, the cinder and ash components and the quenching gas; guiding the mixed flow about a 180.degree. turn with the gas flow guide device above the quenching pipe; conducting the mixed flow into the convection-heated boiler; feeding the mixed flow from the convection-heated boiler with the help of a gas outlet device; and adjusting a gas flow speed of the mixed flow so that the cinder and ash components travelling in the mixed flow experience a cooling in the convection-heated boiler so that they loose adherence ability and are conducted through the gas outlet device from the convection-heated boiler.

    摘要: Decribed is a method of cooling partial oxidation gas exiting at a temperature between 1,000.degree. and 1,700.degree. C. from a conically converging outlet portion of a reactor vessel into a subsequent tubular cooling zone. To prevent deposition of sticky molten impurities entrained in the gas stream on the walls in the transition region between the reactor vessel and the cooling zone, the outlet portion of the reactor vessel is provided with a ring-shaped slot for injecting at an angle between 0.degree. to 90.degree. a frustoconical stream of cooling fluid. Another ring-shaped slot is provided in the cooling zone to inject at an angle between 70.degree. to 90.degree. another frustoconical stream of cooling fluid into the cooling zone.

    摘要: The hot partial oxidation gases which are formed in a gasifier for solid or liquid fuel are passed first into a dust separator under conditions where 70 to 95% of the impurities are eliminated, whereupon the gases then are washed in a wet washer with an amount of water not higher than necessary to remove the residual dust impurities. The process has the particular advantage of a very low amount of drainage water and has a high safety factor and adaptability for different conditions.

A radiant cooler for radiant cooling of a product gas mass quantity from a gasification reactor, comprises a cylindrical radiant cooling casing having an axis, means forming a product gas inlet for supplying the product gas mass stream and an outlet for a radiant-cooled product gas, additional radiant cooling walls located in the region of the radiant cooling casing, the additional radiant cooling walls being formed as cylindrical radiant cooling walls and arranged in a flow direction of the product gas after the pre-cooling region concentrically relative to one another and at a distance from the radiant cooling casing to form cylindrical layer streams.

    摘要: The apparatus for producing a product gas from a fine-grained carbon-bearing substance during a high-pressure gasification comprises a vertical gasifier and radiative cooling device, a vertical convective cooling device through which a flow occurs from top to bottom and a connecting pipe between a head of the gasifier and radiative cooling device and a head of the convective cooling device. The gasifier and radiative cooling device comprises a pipe-like shaft, a lower cinder outlet and an upper conical connecting piece for the connecting pipe. The shaft is constructed as an equal speed flow duct, which is not equipped for feeding a foreign cooling means, but is designed so that solidification of the accompanying cinders travelling with the product gas occurs by radiative cooling.

    摘要: In an electric energy generating plant including a coal gasification arrangement and a combined gas turbine and steam combine, hot raw gas generated in the gasification arrangement is fed via a heat-exchanging and dust separating unit into a desulfurization unit from which cool purified gas is discharged. The heat exchanging unit includes a tubular pressure resistant housing serving as a feeding passage for the hot raw gas and enclosing a coaxial arrangement of a tubular pipe-wall housing of a waste-heat recovery boiler, and pipe spirals of a raw gas/purified gas heat exchanger. The waste-heat recovery boiler delivers superheated steam to the steam turbine and the raw gas/purified gas heat exchanger delivers heated purified gas to the gas turbine.
