    摘要: The invention provides an optical pickup device that ensures complete curing of adhesive when a tilt adjusting holder is glued to an objective lens holder. The optical pickup device comprises: a light source; an objective lens for focusing light emitted from the light source onto an optical storage medium; a tilt adjusting holder to which to secure the objective lens; and an objective lens holder to which to glue the tilt adjusting holder. The objective lens holder includes: adhesive joint sections for securing the tilt adjusting holder to the objective lens holder using an adhesive; a seat section on which the tilt adjusting holder abuts; and adhesive anti-overflow pockets, located between the adhesive joint sections and the seat section, for receiving the adhesive when the adhesive flows from the adhesive joint sections.

    摘要: An aspect of the invention provides an optical pickup in which an optical axis is not displaced even if ambient temperature is changed. The optical pickup of the invention has an optical unit and an optical pickup case. The optical unit has a lens member having an optical axis, and the optical axis of the lens member is offset to one side from the center of the optical unit. The optical pickup case holds the optical unit from both sides. A thermal expansion amount of the optical unit is absorbed by compression amounts of a first adhesive and a second adhesive such that the optical axis of the lens member is not displaced when the optical unit is thermal expanded.

    摘要: This invention aims at reducing a rolling moment generated in coils mounted to lens holder side face without losing drive forces in a focusing direction and tracking direction in an objective lens drive of an optical pickup device. By shifting a coil line portion near the objective lens of two coil line portions substantially parallel to the tracking direction of the first coil in a direction departing from a lens optical axis, increase and decrease in drive forces generated in right and left first coils when the lens holder is moved in the tracking direction cancel each other so as to eliminate imbalance between the right and left drive forces.

    摘要: It is an object of this invention to increase the rigidity of a movable part and decrease its weight. An objective lens driving apparatus has an objective lens which focuses light on the recording surface of an optical disk. The objective lens is driven by focusing coils in directions approaching and receding from the optical disk and is driven by tracking coils in the radial direction of the optical disk. The objective lens is held by a lens holder. A projecting part projecting outward from the outer side surfaces of the lens holder is formed around the entire peripheral edge of the bottom surface of the lens holder.

    摘要: An isothiocyanate-containing composition is provided in which bleeding of the composition is suppressed and even if an isothiocyanate volatilizes, the adhesion strength is retained. An isothiocyanate-containing composition is provided wherein an isothiocyanate is mixed into a mixture of a rubber adhesive having a softening point of less than 100° C. and a hydrogenated terpene resin having a softening point of less than 100° C. by an amount of 0.5-15 wt % of an isothiocyanate relative to the total amount of the mixture. The composition has a viscosity at 90° C. of 3000-40000 mPa.s and an adhesion strength of 1 N/25 mm or over when used as an adhesive to laminate two films, irrespective of whether or not the isothiocyanate has volatilized.
