Abstract: A method for producing a laminated glass pane that includes a first pane, a first laminating film, a polymer film, a second laminating film, and a second pane, in this order, wherein the polymer film is bonded to the two laminating films, in which method the starting material for the first and the second laminating film is in each case a laminating film in roll form, which, before being used to form the laminated glass pane, is subjected to a pretreatment, in which the laminating film is relaxed by a heat treatment in a non-tensioned state.

Abstract: A method for producing a composite pane includes arranging a first, second and third thermoplastic intermediate layers in full surface contact one above the other, the first, second and third thermoplastic intermediate layers; joining the first, second and third thermoplastic intermediate layers to form a preliminary composite; removing the third thermoplastic intermediate layer from certain regions to form an aperture; forming a layered stack by inserting a functional element into the aperture in the third thermoplastic intermediate layer; arranging the layered stack between a first and second pane; and the joining the first and second panes by lamination via the layered stack. The functional element has a thickness of ≥50 μm. The third thermoplastic intermediate layer has a thickness that substantially corresponds to the thickness of the functional element. The outer dimensions of the aperture substantially correspond to the outer dimensions of the functional element.

Abstract: A composite pane with functional film includes a peripheral edge of the composite pane, a peripheral edge of the functional film, a busbar, an outer pane with exterior-side and interior-side surfaces, an inner pane with exterior-side and interior-side surfaces, and a thermoplastic intermediate layer that joins the interior-side surface of the outer pane to the exterior-side surface of the inner pane. The functional film is encased in the thermoplastic intermediate layer, the peripheral edge of the functional film is set back in the direction of the surface center of the composite pane relative to the peripheral edge of the composite pane, and the busbar is arranged between the interior-side surface of the outer pane and the exterior-side surface of the inner pane and runs between the peripheral edge of the composite pane and the peripheral edge of the functional film in the edge region of the composite pane.
