    Abstract: Provided are a movable object, a remote controller for controlling the movable object, a movement control system for the movable object, a robot cleaner, a movement control system for the robot cleaner, a movement control method for the movable object, and a movement control method for the robot cleaner, in which the movable object includes at least one infrared receiver configure to receive at least one infrared light among a plurality of infrared lights emitted from a plurality of light sources, the plurality of infrared lights being overlapped with each other on at least a part thereof; and a controller configured to identify a unit zone according to at least one of the emitted or overlapped infrared light and the number of the overlapped infrared lights on the basis of the infrared light received by the at least one infrared receiver, and configured to control the movement of the movable object according to the identified unit zone.

    Abstract: An autonomous cleaner includes a body having a first housing formed at a front and a second housing formed at a rear of the first housing; a brush unit installed at the first housing and configured to sweep and collect dust from a floor; a dust collecting unit installed at the second housing and configured to store the dust inlet into the brush unit; a driving unit to drive the body and coupled to the second housing to be positioned at a lateral side of the dust collecting unit; and a power unit installed at the second housing and coupled to be positioned at a rear of the dust collecting unit. The miniaturization of the autonomous cleaner may be provided while at the same time the capacity of a dust collecting container and the capacity of a battery are increased.

    Abstract: A sensor module and a robot cleaner including the sensor module may provide accurate sensing of an obstacle and prevent an erroneous sensing of an obstacle. The robot cleaner may include a body including a cleaning unit to remove foreign substances from a surface of a floor, a cover to cover an upper portion of the body, a sensor module including an obstacle sensor mounted to sense an obstacle, and a sensor window provided at one side of the sensor module.
