Abstract: Disclosed is a corrugated-flat rolling composite method for a steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy laminated composite plate. According to the method, a steel/aluminum laminated composite plate with a good plate shape and a firmly bonded interface is prepared, the corrugated cold rolling with a large thickness ratio is utilized to enhance the deformation of the interface to be bonded, and the deformation of constituent metals is coordinated to solve the problem that the steel-aluminum interface is not deformed. Then the deformation of constituents is coordinated by the interfacial corrugated-flat hot rolling to achieve the bonding of aluminum and aluminum alloy surfaces and prepare a high-performance steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy laminated composite plate. Taking the advantage that the interface oxidation has little effect on the bonding of aluminum and aluminum alloy, the problem of anti-oxidation in the composite process is eliminated, thereby the problem of low interfacial bonding strength is solved due to a fact that the interfacial shear becomes weak and the interfacial bonding mainly depends on the hot-press action when the steel and aluminum bonding surface approaches the neutral layer in the rolling process of a steel/aluminum/aluminum alloy laminated composite plate with a thickness more than 4 mm, and the problem of uncoordinated deformation is solved due to the large difference in the properties of steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy.

Abstract: A rigid-flexible coupling-driven robot for removing oxide scales on super large shaft forgings online includes a heavy-duty manipulator main body, four walking systems, a movable arm lifting system, a clamping system, a power system, two oxide scale removal systems and a visual identification system. The two oxide scale removal systems are respectively installed on the two trapezoidal plates of the clamping system. Each of the two oxide scale removal systems adopts rigid-flexible coupling drive technology, that is, the rigid drive of the overhead hydraulic cylinder, cable-stayed hydraulic cylinder, the long stroke scissor retractable bracket and the rack and pinion device is combined with the flexible drive of the wire rope, so that the retraction and the angle tilt of the parallelogram end removal device are realized, which makes the oxide scale removal more flexible and efficient, thus greatly improving the product quality of large forgings.

Abstract: There is provided a ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers driven by long shaft, wherein an electric motor and a gearbox are placed outside the air duct by using a long shaft with an internally disposed slim shaft extending therefrom, and are connected with the first stage impeller and second stage impeller inside the air duct by using the long shaft and slim shaft extending therefrom. In this ventilation apparatus with counter-rotating impellers, the components of the ventilation apparatus are placed inside and outside the air duct respectively by using the transmission shaft, which is convenient for maintenance and operation. By remotely arranging the impellers at an axial distance, the hub of the impellers will no longer be affected by an internally disposed electric motor, so as to reduce the ventilation resistance to ventilation. The impellers can be switched between the single impeller rotation and the counter rotation of two impellers.
