    Abstract: An object of this invention is to provide an adhesive composition that comprises a moisture-curable resin and a modified polyolefin and that achieves an excellent liquid state and excellent adhesion to polyolefin resin substrates. Provided is a moisture-curable adhesive resin composition comprising a moisture-curable resin (A) and a modified polyolefin resin (B), wherein the content of the modified polyolefin resin (B) is 2 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the moisture-curable resin (A).

    Abstract: The present invention provides a paint formulation that has good storage stability and weather resistance, and that is capable of forming a paint film having excellent water resistance, chemical resistance such as gasohol resistance and fuel resistance, and adhesion. The paint formulation comprises an acid-modified polyolefin (A) and a tackifier (B), and satisfies the following (a) and (b): (a) the acid-modified polyolefin (A) has crystallinity; and (b) the tackifier (B) has a double-bond equivalent of 40 or more, as defined by the formula: double-bond equivalent=weight average molecular weight/number of double bonds in a molecule, or contains no double bond.

    Abstract: This invention provides an aqueous resin composition mixture of polyolefin and acrylic for paints, inks, adhesives, sealing agents, or primers, the aqueous resin composition exhibiting high peel strength even when baked at 80° C. on polyolefin substrates, and maintaining adhesion although an acrylic component is contained.     Abstract: [Problem] The present invention aims to provide a high-molecular-weight modified copolymerized polyester resin that has a reactive functional group at a site other than the terminals of the molecular chain thereof, has an excellent reactivity with a curing agent (such as an epoxy resin or an isocyanate compound), and can be used to form an organic-solvent-and-emulsifier-free water dispersion having excellent storage stability.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an adhesive composition that shows good adhesion to a polyolefin resin substrate and a metal substrate, and good electrolyte solution resistance, and also exhibits excellent heat resistance. The present invention also provides a laminate including an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive composition, a packaging material using the laminate for which heat resistance and electrolyte solution resistance are required, and a packaging material for a lithium-ion battery comprising the laminate as a constituent member. The adhesive composition comprises an acid-modified polyolefin (A), an isocyanate curing agent (B), and an acid anhydride group-containing compound (C), the acid anhydride group-containing compound (C) being present in an amount of 0.1 parts by mass or more and 20 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin (A).
