摘要: A scanning optical system for scanning an object surface includes a light emitting device for emitting a beam of light and a deflection mirror rotatable to deflect the beam emitted by the light emitting device, and to scan within a predetermined scanning angle zone along a main scanning plane. The beam incident to the deflection mirror is inclined in a direction of an auxiliary scanning, a direction of incidence of the beam onto the deflection mirror intersects a rotational axis of said deflection mirror, and the direction of the beam is orthogonal to a reflection surface of the deflection mirror, when viewed in the main scanning plane as the beam reaches the center of the predetermined scanning angle zone. A curved mirror having power at least in the main scanning plane, and a toric lens positioned between the curved mirror and the object surface and having power at least in the auxiliary scanning direction are also provided.

摘要: In a scanning optical system, a light emitting device emits a beam to a deflection mirror. The beam is inclined in the direction of the auxiliary scanning, so that the optical axis of the beam incident to the deflection mirror intersects the rotational axis of the deflection mirror. The optical axis of the beam, when the beam reaches the center of a predetermined scanning angle zone, is orthogonal to a light reflection surface of the deflection mirror when seen from the auxiliary scanning direction. The deflected beam is reflected by a curved mirror and directed to an object surface through an anamorphic lens. The optical axis of the anamorphic lens is displaced with respect to the optical axis of the scanning optical system.

摘要: In a scanning optical system, a light emitting device emits a beam to a deflection mirror. 摘要: There are provided a shaping sheet provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and is excellent in releasability from the material, as well as a decorative plate shaped by the shaping sheet. The shaping sheet of the present invention includes a substrate, at least an ink layer partially formed on the substrate and a surface shaped layer which is present on and contacted with the ink layer so as to cover a whole surface including both a region where the ink layer is formed and a region where no ink layer is formed, wherein the surface shaped layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and has a convex shape on a surface thereof which is located in a portion just above the ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion. The shaping sheet is provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape, which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and excellent in releasability from the material.

摘要: In a reflective scanning optical system employing an imaging optical system having a curved mirror with a rotationally symmetrical reflecting surface configuration, the change in magnification of the imaging optical system in the auxiliary scanning direction is reduced and thereby the beam spot diameter on the scan target surface is equalized, as well as equalizing the scan line interval on the scan target surface when the system is applied to a multibeam scanning optical system. The imaging optical system of the reflective scanning optical system includes a curved mirror with a rotationally symmetrical reflecting surface and a lens having an anamorphic lens surface configuration on its one side. In the anamorphic lens surface configuration, slope and curvature of the line of intersection of the lens surface and a plane parallel to the auxiliary scanning cross section change independently of each other as the position in the main scanning direction changes.

摘要: A rotary filter type particulate removing device is provided. A rotary cylinder (2) rotates in a stationary cylinder (1) to change an exhaust gas introduced into the stationary cylinder (1) to a circulating flow so as to apply a centrifugal force on particulates in the exhaust gas in order to collect the particulates circulating in the stationary cylinder (1) into a trap (15) provided at a lower part of the particulate removing device. A filter is located on an inner wall of the rotary cylinder (2) and a huge number of punching holes (8) are formed in the lateral wall of the rotary cylinder. A fan (7) is secured on the rotary cylinder (2) which projects to the outside from the stationary cylinder (1) to constitute a sirocco fan. The exhaust gas passes through the punching holes (8) of the rotary cylinder (2) and flows into the interior of the filter. The exhaust gas further flows towards the sirocco fan. Then, the exhaust gas passes the filter again, and is discharged to the outside through the punching holes (8) of the rotary cylinder (2).
