    摘要: The invention concerns a method of structuring a surface for an embossing tool, in which a tool blank with a surface is provided and in which an embossing structure is formed on the surface of the tool blank, which is intended for embossing a predetermined material. The task of proposing a method for structuring a surface for an embossing tool, in which a process-precise structuring, in particular with high resolution, is achieved and the method is simplified, is solved by printing structural material onto the tool blank by a 3D printing method in order to provide the embossing structure and the embossing structure comprises the structural material printed by the 3D printing method. The invention also concerns an embossing tool, an apparatus for structuring a surface for an embossing tool and a digital printing template.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of a picture comprises, disposing salt on a manufacturing board to form a salt layer, and coating and drying steps. In the primary coating and drying steps, polyurethane resin cured by exposure to air for about 10 to 20 minutes is poured onto the salt layer and the primary coating layer is dried in a condition of a relative humidity of 40 to 60%. In the secondary coating step, polyurethane resin cured for about 21 to 40 minutes is poured onto the primary coating layer and the secondary coating layer is dried in a condition of a relative humidity of 1 to 39%. In the tertiary coating step, polyurethane resin cured for about 50 to 70 minutes is poured onto the secondary coating layer and the tertiary coating layer is dried in a condition of a relative humidity of 1 to 39%.

    摘要: A decorative fabricated covering includes a first piece of vinyl. A first ink layer is printed on the first piece of vinyl and a textured layer is printed on top of the first ink layer. A second ink layer is printed on a second separate piece of vinyl. The first and second pieces of vinyl are then laminated together. An overprint layer may be printed on top of the textured layer and a second textured layer may be printed on top of the overprint resin layer. A domed layer may be formed on top of the second ink layer and a reflective material, such as glitter, may be mixed in the second textured layer.

Embodiments thus provide a technique that simulates the effect of an embossed print without the need for plates or specialized equipment, other than a printer that is adapted to apply clear dry ink or spot varnish.
