摘要： Provided is a water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which has satisfactory resistance to increase in adhesive strength and a good appearance and less causes staining on an adherend. The removable water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes an acrylic emulsion polymer (A) formed from constitutive monomers essentially including 70 to 99.5 percent by weight of a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester and 0.5 to 10 percent by weight of a carboxyl-containing unsaturated monomer based on the total amount of the constitutive monomers; a water-insoluble crosslinking agent (B); an acetylenic diol compound (C); and a specific polyether defoaming agent (D). The acetylenic diol compound (C) has an HLB of less than 13, and the polyether defoaming agent (D) has a PO in a content of from 70 to 100 percent by weight and a number-average molecular weight of from 1200 to 4000.

摘要： The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet includes a transparent film substrate; and, on at least one side thereof, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The transparent film substrate includes a base layer including a resinous material and a top coat layer on a first face of the base layer. The top coat layer is formed from a polythiophene, an acrylic resin, and a melamine crosslinking agent and has an average thickness Dave of 2 to 50 nm and a thickness variation ΔD of 40% or less. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed from a water-dispersible removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including an acrylic emulsion polymer.

摘要： Provided is a water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is resistant to increase in adhesive strength with time, has a good appearance, and less stains an adherend. The water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes an acrylic emulsion polymer; and a water-insoluble crosslinking agent having two or more carboxyl-reactive functional groups per molecule. The acrylic emulsion polymer is formed from constitutive monomers essentially including a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester (A), a carboxyl-containing unsaturated monomer (B), and at least one monomer (C) selected from methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, and diethylacrylamide and has a solvent-insoluble content of 70 percent by weight or more. When the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied so as to have a dry thickness of 50 μm, dried at 120° C. for 2 minutes, and aged at 50° C. for 3 days to give a cross-linked acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive film, the film has a solvent-insoluble content of 90 percent by weight or more and an elongation at break of 130% or less at 23° C.

摘要： Disclosed is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a transparent film substrate and, on at least one side thereof, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The transparent film substrate has a top coat layer having a specific configuration with an average thickness and a thickness variation being controlled. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed from a water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The composition contains, as components, an acrylic emulsion polymer derived from constitutive monomers in a specific formulation; and a polypropylene glycol (PPG)/polyethylene glycol (PEG) block copolymer having a specific structure, or a derivative of the copolymer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is found to be highly resistant to scratches and static electrification and to have superior visual quality and satisfactory resistance to adhesive strength increase.

Also provided is an inexpensive surface-protective film which prevents an adherend (in particular, optical member such as optical sheet) from being electrostatically charged during the processing or transportation of the adherend (in particular, optical sheet), and has the function of preventing fouling. The protective films each is a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which comprises a base layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side thereof, and an antistatic layer formed on the other side, characterized in that the antistatic layer contains a polymeric antistatic agent comprising an olefin block and a hydrophilic block.
