The promoter is constructed by replacing a region existing upstream from the "-35" region of promoter A with the "-35" region of promoter B or a chemically synthesized DNA fragment.

The supply port is formed between the plurality of the energy-generating elements in the first direction, and the supply port is formed so as to be adjacent to the energy-generating element in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
