摘要: An apparatus and method for steam cooling a gas turbine. An intermediate-pressure drum 106 of a recovery boiler supplies outlet steam, as a cooling steam, to a combustor 117 through a steam channel 116. The flow rate of steam guided into the combustor 117 is adjusted through opening or closing of a first flow control valve 120 by a controller 125 such that the pressure of the intermediate-pressure drum 106 becomes a set value set according to a load status of a gas turbine 101. A required amount of steam according to the load status of the gas turbine 101 is fed to the combustor 117. Thus, the flow rate of steam guided into the combustor 117 is controlled by adjustment of the existing first flow control valve 120 for maintaining the pressure of the intermediate-pressure drum 106 in a predetermined state, without the need to provide an expensive valve device in the steam channel 116.

摘要: The temperature and flow rate of steam introduced to a gas turbine and a combustor is controlled properly through mixing intermediate-pressure steam and high-pressure steam. Thus, two different requirements, i.e., adjustment of steam temperature and securing of a sufficient steam flow rate, can be satisfied simultaneously. As a result, it becomes possible to simultaneously achieve control of the clearance of the blade ring of the gas turbine by means of steam and cooling of the combustor by means of steam.

摘要: A gas turbine steam cooled system has a high temperature portion 8 outlet steam temperature maintained to a predetermined value without a cooling steam pressure becoming lower than the pressure in the gas turbine cylinder. Steam coming from an intermediate pressure superheater 10 of a waste heat recovery boiler 2 is led into the high temperature portion 8 of the gas turbine for cooling thereof. The temperature of the cooling steam at the outlet of the high temperature portion 8 is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam temperature detector 15, and a signal thereof is sent a lower value selector 19 via a temperature controller 11. Pressure in the gas turbine cylinder is detected by a gas turbine cylinder pressure detector 17, and pressure of the cooling steam at the high temperature portion 8 outlet is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam pressure detector 16. A differential signal thereof is sent to a pressure controller 18. Signals from the temperature controller 11 and the pressure controller 18 are inputted into the lower selector 19, and temperature control valve 12 is controlled by the lower value thereof to be opened and closed.

摘要: The gas turbine fuel gas filling apparatus includes a main fuel valve, a fuel valve, an inert gas purge valve, and a pressure detector for detecting a pressure in the fuel line. The main fuel valve is gradually opened, and fixed to a valve opening at a time when a predetermined first pressure condition is established. Pressure is measured after lapse of a predetermined time. The main fuel valve is gradually opened until a second pressure condition is established. Pressure is measured upon a completion of gas-filling. With establishment of a third pressure condition, the inert purge relief valve is closed. With establishment of a fourth pressure condition, the main fuel valve is fully opened.

摘要: In the gas turbine combined plant, water fed to an entrance of a high-pressure economizer is guided into an air cooler as a cooling medium of high-temperature air that passes through the air cooler. High-temperature water obtained by heat exchanging with high-temperature air is branched to a passage that joins water drawn from an exit of the high-pressure economizer and a passage that joins a condenser. These passages are provided with regulating valves that regulate the flow rate of the water that passes through these passages, respectively.

摘要: The present invention relates to a steam-cooling system for gas turbine combustors in combined plants possessing a steam-cooled combustor; in order to maintain the combustor outlet steam temperature at planned values even during the starting and during the periods of load fluctuation, a steam valve 12 is opened and steam from a boiler 4 is conducted, and thereby the combustor of the gas turbine 1 is cooled, and steam recovery valve 11 is opened and this steam is returned to steam turbine 5. During the starting, steam is caused to flow from an auxiliary steam source 3, and a warming up is conducted. When the amount of steam at the combustor outlet decreases, the temperature of the temperature sensor 31 increases, and when this exceeds a planned value, a temperature regulating valve 30 is opened and steam from steam turbine 5 is extracted and is let into the cooling steam outlet side flow path 61 of the combustor. Furthermore, when the value of a pressure sensor 24 reaches a predetermined value, a bypass valve 14 is opened and steam is caused to flow to a condenser 6, and thus the necessary amount of steam is maintained within the combustor. This is all controlled by means of the controller 10, which constantly maintains the temperature of the cooling steam at planned values.
