    摘要: Gas turbine combustor by-pass valve device for opening and closing a by-pass valve is improved to uniformly control air supply into a combustion area for appropriate combustion. A drive shaft 21 for opening and closing a driven by-pass valve 20 is provided in turbine casing 010 where an outside obstruction is located which would interfere with a projecting drive shaft 09. The driven shaft 21 has a short length to be provided in the turbine casing 010. An adjacent main driving shaft 23 for opening and closing main driving by-pass valve 22 is provided adjacent to the driven shaft 21. Link mechanism 26 is provided between the adjacent main driving shaft 23 and the driven shaft 21 so that rotary movement of adjacent main driving shaft 23 driven by outside drive means via the drive shaft 09 is transmitted to the driven shaft 21 and, thus, to the driven by-pass valve 20. Thus, partial drive shafts 09 are made shorter so as not to project outside of the turbine casing 010 and interfere with outside obstruction, but all the by-pass valves 08 provided along circumferential direction of the turbine casing 010 can be operated to be opened and closed uniformly.

    摘要: Gas turbine combustor by-pass valve device for opening and closing by-pass valve is improved to control uniformly air supply into combustion area for appropriate combustion.     摘要: There is provided a through-hole manufacturing method for a cylindrical body wall that enables the operation of forming a through-hole without leaving a machining burr on the wall of a cylindrical member to be easily and reliably carried out without depending on experts. A through-hole manufacturing method for a cylindrical body wall in which a machining burr is not formed on inner walls of through holes formed by a tool piercing the wall of a cylindrical body, the method including a hole forming step of forming one pair or a plurality of pairs of the through-holes in the cylindrical body wall by the tool piercing the cylindrical body from the outside orthogonally or substantially orthogonally to a cylindrical body axis of the cylindrical body; and a welding step of sealing the through-hole formed by the tool piercing the cylindrical body from the outer wall to the inner wall by welding using a welding jig made of a material having better heat conductivity than the cylindrical body, wherein the through-hole formed by the tool piercing the cylindrical body from the inner wall to the outer wall is left as a nozzle hole.

    摘要: A gas turbine first-stage stator blade sealing structure for preventing the sealing air from leaking from the inside even if the blade falls or inclines due to thermal stress. A rear flange (12) of a first-stage stator blade (31) is formed in an arcuate shape having a straight rib (10). A stator blade support ring (13) contacts the straight rib (10) to form a sealing face. When the rear flange (12) and the stator blade support ring (13) fall or incline relative to each other due to thermal stress during operation, the upper end or lower end of the rib (10) contacts linearly with the face of the stator blade support ring (13) so that no clearance is established to inhibit leakage of the sealing air. In the prior art, where the horizontal rib (10) is absent, an arcuate clearance is established between the stator blade support ring (13) and the rear flange (12) as the support ring (13) inclines, and thus sealing air is allowed to leak from the inside to the gas passages.

    摘要: A gas turbine steam cooled system has a high temperature portion 8 outlet steam temperature maintained to a predetermined value without a cooling steam pressure becoming lower than the pressure in the gas turbine cylinder. Steam coming from an intermediate pressure superheater 10 of a waste heat recovery boiler 2 is led into the high temperature portion 8 of the gas turbine for cooling thereof. The temperature of the cooling steam at the outlet of the high temperature portion 8 is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam temperature detector 15, and a signal thereof is sent a lower value selector 19 via a temperature controller 11. Pressure in the gas turbine cylinder is detected by a gas turbine cylinder pressure detector 17, and pressure of the cooling steam at the high temperature portion 8 outlet is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam pressure detector 16. A differential signal thereof is sent to a pressure controller 18. Signals from the temperature controller 11 and the pressure controller 18 are inputted into the lower selector 19, and temperature control valve 12 is controlled by the lower value thereof to be opened and closed.

    摘要: A gas turbine rotor, in which a plurality of discs having teeth of a bevel gear are juxtaposed to engage the teeth and are integrally fastened by a bolt extending through the discs, so that the discs may be cooled by feeding cooling air to the air passages of the individual discs sequentially at the running time, is provided whereby the cooling air is prevented from leaking by means having no wear. Radially outward of an air passage through hole of the faces of the adjoining discs, there are provided arms which are made lower than the dedendums of the teeth and protruded in an annular shape to confront each other; one of the arms has a tip made to have an elastically deformable thickness and a sectional shape bent inward or outward, whereas there is welded to the other arm an extension which has a tip made to have an elastically deformable thickness and a sectional shape bent inward or outward; and the end face of the tip of the one arm and the end face of the tip of the extension of the other arm are held in abutment against each other so that the two end faces may be forced, when the discs are integrated, into contact with each other to prevent leakage of cooling air.

    摘要: A vibration reducer for a diaphragm coupling is capable of suppressing axial vibrations as well as torsional vibrations. A diaphragm pack 3 is mounted between a diaphragm mount flange 2 provided on an intermediate shaft 1 serving as a drive shaft and a shaft flange 4 of another shaft serving as a driven shaft. An elastic arm 5 extends through the diaphragm pack 3 and is mounted to the diaphragm mount flange 2. The elastic arm 5 is a cylindrical member, whose circumferential portion is severed by slits formed by wire-cutting. Free ends 5a of the elastic arm 5 are expanded in the radial directions by centrifugal forces caused by rotation of a shafts and come into pressure-contact with the liner member 8 formed integrally within a cylindrical portion 7 of the shaft flange 4. A part of a torque is thereby transmitted via the pressure-contact portion, and rigidity in the axial direction of the elastic arm 5 is added to that of the diaphragm pack 3 to suppress vibrations. An alternative construction has a large pressure-contact force caused by centrifugal forces realized by making use of centrifugal weights 22, a centrifugal weight holder 23, and an elongated bolt 24.
