    摘要： A method of manufacturing a simulated corned beef product which utilizes fibrillated protein fibers obtained by heating a slurry of proteinaceous material under a high pressure to produce elongated tender protein filaments or fibers and extruding the slurry through an orifice to remove the tender protein filaments or fibers from the protein slurry. The fibrillated protein fibers are mixed with an emulsion containing a seasoning agent, a flavoring agent, a spice and a coloring agent. The emulsion is prepared from fat and oil and a proteinaceous material. To the mixture of the fibrillated protein fibers and the emulsion, loosened texture fibers of a livestock meat may be added.

    摘要： A method for manufacturing an edible soy protein containing, simulated meat product containing a fibrous soy protein product of fibril structure having a random orientation, and non-textured protein material. A mixture of 90 to 50 % by weight of non-textured protein material i.e. a proteinaceous paste and 10 to 50 % by weight of the fibrous soy protein product is shaped and heat-treated, by which method, a small amount of the latter forms a supporting structure in the large amount of the former, thus producing simulated meat products having qualities which are comparable to high grade natural meats.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a disc drive apparatus capable of preventing skew or wobble from occurring when a spindle motor is attached to a base.The disc drive apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a turntable 22 which holds an optical disc 2; a spindle motor which rotatively drives the turntable 22; an optical pick-up 20 which writes/reads signals on or from the optical disc 2; guide shafts 42a and 42b which slidably supports the optical pick-up 20 in the radial direction of the optical disc 2, and a base 15 to which a spindle motor 23 and both end portions of each of the guide shafts 42a and 42b, wherein the spindle motor 23 is attached to the base 15 through a spacer member 28 which performs positioning of the turntable 22 in the vertical direction thereof relative to the base 15.
