摘要: A method for evaluating the refractive index homogeneity of an optical member includes passing light through an optical member (1) used for photolithography. The side surface (1a) with respect to the optical axis (AX) of the optical member (1) is retained by elastic members (4) at a plurality of positions disposed at equal intervals to pass light through the optical member (1) and measure a wave front aberration. The optical member is rotated around the optical axis (AX) by the equal interval to measure a wave front aberration again and determine the difference from the initial measurement. The optical member (1) is moved in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis (AX) to measure a wave front aberration again and determined the difference from the initial measurement. The refractive index homogeneity of the optical member can be accurately evaluated from those differences by using fitting of the Zernike cylindrical function.

摘要: The present invention provides an adhesive wheel balance weight capable of drastically reducing costs from those of conventional ones, and a process for producing the same. In an adhesive wheel balance weight (W) comprising a weight body (P) and an adhesive tape (T) for attaching the weight body (P) to a vehicle wheel, the weight body (P) comprises a folded weight comprising a folded metal plate piece. The folded weight of the present invention can be formed from a relatively inexpensive raw material sheet at a high yield rate. It is preferable that the raw material sheet is a zinc-coated steel sheet, because no rust-proofing aftertreatment is necessary and therefore further cost reduction is achieved, and its environmental burden is small.

摘要: To provide a wheel balance weight in which a release coated paper is likely to be detached when assembling it with a wheel.A wheel balance weight according to the present invention is such that, in a wheel balance weight including: a substantially-strip-shaped weight; an adhesive-tape portion whose tape front surface is fixed to a weight rear surface; and a release coated paper covering a tape rear surface, it makes the release coated paper likely to be pinched by adjusting the widths of the adhesive-tape portion and release coated paper. Since the wheel balance weight according to the present invention is such that the release coated paper is less likely to be detached before the assembly operation and the release coated paper is likely to be pinched upon assemblage, the handling becomes easy and additionally the workability when assembling the wheel balance weight with a wheel has improved.

摘要: An electric injection molding machine capable of maintaining a quality of molded articles and capable of suppressing a variation of weight of articles molded by a mold having a plurality of cavities when transferring molding conditions in a hydraulic injection molding machine as they are to the electric injection molding machine. This electric injection molding machine has an electric injection mechanism for injecting a molding material into a mold by a drive force of an electric motor, an injection control unit and a servo driver for controlling the injection motor so as to follow the injection speed reference, and an reference compensation unit for compensating the injection speed reference based on the characteristics of the hydraulic drive system so that fluctuation characteristics of the injection speed with respect to the injection pressure when controlling the electric injection mechanism approximate the fluctuation characteristics of the injection speed with respect to the injection pressure in the hydraulic injection mechanism performing the injection of the molding material to the mold by the hydraulic drive system.

摘要: A wheel balance weight includes a weight and an installation member. The weight is composed of at least one member selected from the group consisting of zinc and a zinc-based alloy, is formed as a substantially strip shape having a substantially uniform thickness, and has opposite surfaces and at least a groove. The groove is formed in at least one of the opposite surfaces of the weight, and crosses in the width-wise direction of the weight. The installation member is adapted for installing the weight to a rim in a wheel. Since the weight is composed of zinc or a zinc-based alloy, environments are inhibited from being polluted when the wheel balance weight is abolished. Moreover, it is possible to manufacture the wheel balance weight at reduced costs and install it to wheels with ease.
