摘要: A method for producing a multi-jet nozzle body from a nozzle body blank produced by an injection molding or an additive manufacturing process, and a multi-jet nozzle body. The nozzle body blank defines a fluid chamber and is provided with at least two nozzle geometries having respective axes arranged to extend in a discharge direction and to intersect at a point of intersection outside of the nozzle geometries. The method includes processing, via laser processing, the nozzle body blank to form at least one of: an inflow arranged between one of the at least two nozzle geometries and the fluid chamber; or a funnel arranged between one of the at least two nozzle geometries and the inflow, thereby producing the multi-jet nozzle body.

摘要: Childproof safety cap has two opposite bead-like threads on its inner wall. Each thread has a widened end region, a stop surface thus being formed. The associated bottle has two opposite groove-like threads on a connecting piece of the bottle, each of which threads has a widened region in the end region, an undercut thus being formed in the groove by the widened region. When the safety cap is screwed on, the stop surfaces on the two bead-like threads hook in behind the undercuts on the groove-like threads. The stop surfaces can be released from each other only if the safety cap is pressed down toward the bottle onto the connecting-piece neck. Connecting-piece neck forms a slipping surface that conically expands downwards. The safety cap can then be unscrewed while simultaneously being rotated.

摘要: A double-acting pump for ejecting a product from a container includes a piston which is axially slideable in a housing and is sealed by the housing. A hollow piston rod extends the axial bore of the piston and is slideable in a closing cap and has an actuating head, wherein, when the actuating head is actuated, the piston builds up a pressure in a pressure chamber against a restoring force of a spring. An outlet duct extends through the actuating head to an outlet opening. When subjected to the restoring force of the spring, the piston releases a passage between the pressure chamber and openings of a second housing portion. A medium which kills germs and bacteria is arranged in an expansion chamber. The dispensing stroke volume of the piston corresponds to the volume of a drop of the liquid.

The piston in the non-actuated state thereof under the restoring spring force leaves a passage between the pressure chamber and the at least one opening in the second housing portion, wherein a section of the outlet duct adjacent the check valve has between two cup-shaped sleeves of the actuating head, which are laterally tightly placed against each other, a groove formed on the outer side of the inner sleeve, wherein the groove is covered by the outer sleeve and extends up to an expansion chamber formed in front of the outlet opening formed in the bottom of the outer sleeve, and wherein a germ-killing and bacteria-killing medium is arranged in the expansion chamber, wherein the medium permits flow of the liquid to the outlet opening, wherein the dispensing stroke volume of the piston corresponds to the volume of the drop of the liquid, and wherein the width of the outlet opening prevents a spraying effect.

When an actuating head is actuated, it presses the piston against the force of a restoring spring toward a connecting pipe portion for an immersion pipe provided in the housing, so that a pressure is built up in a pressure chamber of the housing which presses a first valve closing piece in the connecting pipe piece against a first valve seat. In the non-actuated state, the piston releases as a result of the restoring force of a spring a passage between a pressure chamber and at least one opening in a second housing portion, wherein the connecting pipe piece has a second valve seat and a second valve closing piece which, in a position of the double-acting pump in which an actuating head is lower than the connecting pipe piece, the second valve closing piece assumes its closing position at the second valve seat, and the second valve closing piece assumes its open position in an inverted position in which the actuating head is higher than the connecting pipe piece.
