    摘要: A fluid dispenser pump including a first piston, a second piston, and a dispenser head with a dispenser orifice, for actuating the pump, a shutter arranged upstream from the dispenser orifice, the shutter movable between closed and open positions. The second piston is formed outside a hollow part and is slidable inside the dispenser head. The first piston is slidable inside the hollow part, the hollow part including an axial opening defined by a radial edge through which passes a stem portion of the shutter. The stem portion is between a proximal radial shoulder and a distal radial shoulder of the shutter, the shutter being moved from its closed position to its open position by the radial edge of the hollow part co-operating with the distal radial shoulder, and being moved from its open position to its closed position by the radial edge co-operating with the proximal radial shoulder.

    摘要: A shut-off system for a dispenser includes a pinch member that moves relative to a guide and which is normally biased against a flexible outlet tube that is disposed therebetween. The flexible outlet tube that carries material, such as soap, supplied from a pump to an outlet nozzle. The pump and the pinch member are in operative engagement with an actuator, such that when the actuator is not engaged, the pinch member closes the outlet tube to prevent residual material retained in the outlet tube from flowing or drooling out of the outlet nozzle. Correspondingly, when the actuator is engaged, the pump is compressed, and the pinch member is moved away from the outlet tube, allowing the material to be pumped through the outlet tube and dispensed from the outlet nozzle.

A one-way valve of the dispenser includes valve seat and flexible valve cover seated on the valve seat and defining a normally-closed seam therebetween forming a fluid-tight seal between the valve cover and valve seat. The flexible valve cover is movable relative to the valve seat to allow the passage of substance through the seam and out of the dispenser. A manually-engageable actuator connected to the dispensing portion is movable between first and second positions to dispense substance within the compression chamber out of the dispenser.

    摘要: A container includes a nozzle having rubber elasticity in a constriction part, and a lever for nipping the nozzle indirectly. The nozzle has a storage part, a base, and a valve. The storage part is provided in the constriction part, and is intercepted with the main body by contacting inner walls at the communicating part when the nozzle is nipped and flattened by the lever. The valve is opened when the internal pressure of the storage part exceeds predetermined pressure while operated state and spouts liquid in the storage part. The constriction part expands by being nipped with the lever until the internal pressure of the storage part reaches to predetermined pressure. Liquid in the storage part is jetted since the constriction part shrinks by the rubber elasticity when the valve is released.

    摘要: A foamer pump for dispensing foam has a simple construction and utilizes a single piston to reduce the volume of both a fluid chamber and an air chamber. A portion of the actuating mechanism helps to unseat a check valve at the outlet of the fluid chamber. The foamer pump has a fluid chamber, and an outlet of the fluid chamber is connected to a mixing chamber. An air chamber has an air channel that connects the air chamber to ambient air in a first position and to the mixing chamber in a second position. A piston causes the volume of air chamber and the liquid chamber each to be reduced, forcing air from the air chamber and foamable fluid from the liquid chamber into the mixing chamber where they blend to form an air/liquid mixture.

    摘要: The application describes small hand-held dispensers suitable for use with creamy flowable products such as cosmetics. The dispensers are of a kind having a top plate (4) with a dished pick-up surface (42), and a product discharge opening (43) opening into the pick-up area (42). Specific proposals include positioning the pick-up surface (42) and an actuator (8) side-by-side on the top plate. The actuator (8) operates a pump (6), desirably positioned beneath the actuator and offset from the pick-up surface (42). A corresponding transverse outlet conduit (69) may be provided. The container (1) may be plastics or a metal container. Embodiments using plastic pump springs and resiliently deformable pump chamber walls are also described. Also, embodiments in which actuation is by tilting of the top plate in its entirety, the pick-up area then optionally being central.
