摘要: This invention relates to a method for diagnosing and/or prognosticating HER2-dependent cancer in a subject, comprising a) measuring the amount of one or more miRNA selected from the group consisting of miRNA 429-3p, miRNA 29c-3p, miRNA 29a-3p, miRNA 29b-3p, miRNA 200a-3p, miRNA 200b-3p, miRNA 200c-3p, miRNA 141-3p, miRNA 15a-5p, miRNA 15b-5p, miRNA 16-5p, miRNA 424-5p, miRNA 497-5p, miRNA 615-3p, miRNA 451a-3p and miRNA 542-5p in a sample from the subject; b) comparing the amount of one or more miRNA measured in step a) to a reference value; c) finding a deviation or no deviation of the amount of one or more miRNA measured in step a) from the reference value; and d) attributing said finding of deviation or no deviation to a particular diagnosis and/or prognosis of HER2-dependent cancer in the subject.

摘要: A method for preparing a composition including mineral particles functionalized by at least one organic group and having a specific surface defined according to the BET method greater than 500 m2/g, involves: —choosing a phyllosilicate composition, including mineral particles having a thickness of less than 100 nm, a largest dimension of less than 10 μm and belonging to the family of lamellar silicates; —choosing at least one functionalizing agent, from the group formed from the oxysilanes and oxygermanes having at least one organic group, —bringing the phyllosilicate composition into contact with a functionalizing solution including the functionalizing agent, so as to obtain a phyllosilicate composition including mineral particles functionalized by the organic group, while choosing the organic group from the group formed from the cationic heteroaryl groups, the quaternary ammonium groups and the salts of same. The phyllosilicate composition obtained by the method is also described.

摘要: A method of preparing organic or inorganic nanoparticles is useful in the manufacture of of fertilizers, pharmaceutical or phytopharmaceutical active ingredients, or insensitive energy materials. The method includes preparing a solution of a compound in a solvent, heating the solution under a pressure ranging from 3 to 300 bars at a temperature higher than the boiling point of the solvent, atomizing the solution in an spray drying chamber using at least one dispersion device and at an angle ranging from 30 to 150° under pressure ranging from 0.0001 to 2 bars, separating the solvent in gaseous form, and recovering the nanoparticles.

摘要: A composition comprising synthetic mineral particles, such as silicate or phyllosilicate mineral particles, is presented. The composition can be prepared by a process in which a hydrogel precursor of the synthetic mineral particles is produced by a coprecipitation reaction between at least one compound comprising silicon, such as sodium metasilicate, and at least one compound comprising at least one metal element, such as a dicarboxylate salt of the formula M(R1—COO)2, wherein R1 is H or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. The coprecipitation reaction also takes place in the presence of at least one carboxylate salt of formula R2—COOM′ wherein M′ is Na or K, and R2 is H or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

The pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the hydrates or polymorphic crystalline structures thereof, and to the racemates, diastereoisomers, or enantiomers thereof are also described.
