摘要： A bicycle signaling system includes a bicycle that may be ridden. The bicycle a pair of brake handles and each of the brake handles is selectively manipulated to stop the bicycle. A jacket is provided and the jacket may be worn while riding the bicycle. A helmet is provided and the helmet may be worn while riding the bicycle. A signaling unit is provided and the signaling unit is coupled to the bicycle. The signaling unit is in communication with each of the brake handles such that the signaling unit is turned on when the brake handles are manipulated. A lighting unit is coupled to the jacket to selectively emit light thereby facilitating the lighting unit to communicate a stop signal, a right turn signal and a left turn signal. The lighting unit is in electrical communication with the signaling unit.

摘要： A bicycle tail light or front light has a mounting base to connect to the bicycle, and an LED light unit for insertion into and removal from the base. The light unit includes a printed circuit board with LED driver and a rechargeable battery, all of which are encapsulated by a direct overmolding that forms a casing for the unit. For charging the light unit is pulled out from the base and plugged into a USB port. A tongue with USB blade at the back of the light unit functions to secure the light unit to the mounting base, and the attachment of the units switches power to the light unit. A motion detector on the PCB shuts off the LED if no motion is detected for several minutes, thus eliminating need for any exterior switch.

The power button and the illuminance sensor are located close to each other on or in the operation panel. After a predetermined time period passes after the controller is activated by the power button being pressed by the rider, the controller starts controlling the headlight to be on or off in accordance with the signal output by the illuminance sensor.

The operation surface is formed as a continuous surface that can be touched by the passenger through a drag operation. The touch sensor can detect the touch to the operation surface at least by the drag operation.

The signal gear of the present invention is preferably a glove with finger portions. Control and activation of the turn and/or brake signals is mainly by using electrical conductive nature of the signal glove as a switch of the signaling component which is either incorporated with the glove or with the vehicle (e.g. bicycle). The signaling component can emit turn/brake light signal or transmit an activation signal to a light emitting device to give turn/brake light signal.
