First and second insert bars engage the first and second sidewalls and a lock bar engages the first and second insert bars and may be locked in an engaged position to prevent the first and second insert bars from being disengaged with the cover and to secure the cover about the cable raceway preventing access to the access opening.

摘要： A manhole security cover includes a manhole cover body comprising a non-metallic RF signal transmissive material. The manhole cover body is seatable on a manhole frame to cover a manhole opening. In the seated position, the first side is accessible from outside the manhole, the second side is disposed within the manhole, and the peripheral edge portion engages a manhole cover support surface on the manhole frame. A manhole cover tamper sensor is responsive to a predetermined movement of the manhole security cover body. A transmitter is operatively connected to the manhole cover tamper sensor and configured to generate a radio frequency manhole cover tamper signal when the manhole cover tamper sensor detects the predetermined movement of the manhole security cover body. An antenna is operatively coupled to the transmitter to radiate radio frequency energy through the manhole cover body to a receiver located outside of said manhole.

摘要： A security storage container has a primary security feature that is adapted to be locked and unlocked with an appropriate key. A secondary security feature is activated when the security storage container is opened without first unlocking the lock with the key. In one embodiment, the secondary security feature includes prongs that are moved to an extended position when the primary security feature of the container is defeated. In the extended position, the prongs will at least damage the item of merchandise protected by the security storage container. The extended position of the prongs may also further lock the item of merchandise within the security storage container.

The dual function lock also includes a first locking mechanism within the body wherein when the first locking mechanism is locked, the shackle is in a first position where the toe of the shackle is located within the frangible element so that the shackle cannot be rotated and wherein when the first locking mechanism is unlocked, the shackle can be lifted from the first position so that the toe of the shackle is not within the frangible element so that the shackle can be rotated. Methods of using the lock and a refillable insert of frangible elements are also disclosed.

At least three and preferably at least five slotted cutouts are provided. The inserts are preferably in the form of generally semi-circular plates on at least one side of the core. The inventive key for insertion into a cylinder lock keyway has a blade with top and bottom edges spaced apart along a blade height direction and left and right flanks spaced apart along a blade width direction. A longitudinal channel is formed in at least one flank, having a width extending in the blade height direction and a depth extending in the blade width direction. At least one raised node is situated in the channel, each node having a front ramp facing the tip of the blade, a back ramp facing the bonnet, a side face between the front and back ramps defining a substantially flat side surface substantially parallel to the blade height direction, and an actuator surface contiguous with the front ramp, back ramp, and side surface.

摘要： The security seal for cargo containers and freight trailers which has a gas cartridge which supplies gas through a two position valve when it is opened and onto a two way valve which in the activated position supplies gas under pressure to a pressure hose looped around the locking bar or bars of a container or trailer. This gas pressure hose holds the two way valve in the activated position so that gas is supplied to the pressure hose. If the pressure hose is broken or disconnected, pressure means move the two way valve to the security breached position allowing gas to go into an ink reservoir which releases the ink onto the container leaving a permanent identified mark. The two position valve can be deactivated by means to move the valve. This valve can be moved into the deactivated position by a magnet. This security seal can also be deactivated by supplying gas under pressure from an external source to hold the two way valve in the activated position which will allow the pressure hose to be disconnected.

An illustrative lockable container may include first and second covers configured to move between an open position, which allows access to the asset, and a closed position, which encloses the asset. The locking mechanism of the lockable container may include a locking mate arrangement operatively coupled to at least one of the first and second covers, and a locking member that is configured to move between an unlocked position and a locked position. The entirety of the locking member may be internal to the container when the locking member is in the unlocked position. A magnetic key arrangement may interact with the locking member to move the locking member between the unlocked and locked positions.

摘要： A lock core mechanism with alarm function in the invention comprises a lock core body having a core plate disposed therein, a projecting rod, a core cover-plate, a housing, an electric circuit plate, a follower member, and an actuating elastic assembly having a contact member and an elastic member. The electric circuit plate will sound when a picking tool is inserted to push the projecting rod downwards to touch against an actuating piece of the electric circuit plate, or when a special tool is inserted to forcedly rotate the follower member to make the elastic member touch against the contact member. The electric circuit plate will not be activated to sound for alarm only when a matching key is inserted to push the projection rod downwards to touch against the actuating piece, and simultaneously turned to rotate the follower member to make the elastic member touch against the contact member.
