    摘要: A sugar-free soluble tea extract tablet and a method for preparing it that includes the steps of providing a sweetener blend, a natural binder, and a tea extract, in a proportion of five grams of sweater blend and one gram of natural binder for every one gram of tea extract. Then, heating the sweetener blend to melt into a liquid at a temperature ranged between 100 to 300 degrees Celsius, adding the tea extract and the natural binder to the melted sweetener blend to form a mixture, stirring the mixture thoroughly and pouring it into molds for cooling. The sweetener blend includes Erythritol and Monkfruit or stevia sweetener, and the natural binder is an organic gum fiber blend such as organic guar gum, organic gum arabic, organic agave fiber, organic rice hulls, or organic agave syrup.

In the beverage capsule of the present patent application, since the bracket has partition plates and end plates, the structure's load-bearing capacity is more reasonable and is not easily deformed, it provides a space for expansion of the brewing material and will not affect the brewing effect caused by inability to expand.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for the production of a room-temperature acidic beverage containing sporic Bacillus coagulans, which comprises the following steps: an acidic beverage is prepared and sterilized under sterilization conditions corresponding to 750 C to 110° C. for 23 to 33 s; sporic Bacillus coagulans is then dispersed into sterile water, and the Bacillus coagulans solution thus obtained is pasteurized under pasteurization conditions corresponding to 70 to 90° C. for 23 to 33 s; the acidic beverage obtained following sterilization and the sporic Bacillus coagulans solution obtained following pasteurization are placed in canned packaging to obtain a room-temperature acidic beverage containing sporic Bacillus coagulans. By employing a two-step sterilization process, said method ensures that the concentration of active sporic Bacillus coagulans conforms to relevant standards while maintaining the stability of the acidic beverage, and significantly extends the shelf-life of the acidic beverage.
