摘要： The present disclosure provides a functional beverage of dark tea with zero energy for reducing weight and lipid and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of processing health-promoting beverage. The functional beverage includes 1.5-3.5 parts of dark tea, 0.3-0.7 parts of mulberry leaf, 0.1-0.5 parts of lotus leaf, 0.1-0.3 parts of stevia leaf, and 95.4-97.4 parts of purified water. The preparation process thereof includes treatment of raw materials, circulatory microwave extraction, static settlement, membrane ultrafiltration, and ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization (UHT). Compared with the prior art, the functional beverage uses purely natural herb plants without any additives. The obtained product has zero sugar while has the effects of quenching thirst and reducing weight and lipid. Key technologies such as integrated formula, circulatory microwave extraction, and membrane ultrafiltration enable the best flavor and efficacy of the beverage.

摘要： A beverage brewing product for brewing a sweetened beverage is disclosed which produces a sweetened beverage solution that can be mixed with a diluting liquid and which comprises at least one water permeable sieve wherein beverage material and granulated sweetener are contained. The beverage material and sweetener are brewed and dissolved during steeping in hot water to produce a sweetened beverage solution. The beverage solution, if concentrated, is then mixed with a proportioned amount of diluting liquid to make a consistently sweet beverage. This beverage brewing product may be used to produce a variety of consistently sweetened beverages, including tea, coffee, and lemonade.

摘要： A sweet tea brewing product and system for brewing and sweetening tea in a brewing basket of a tea making machine is disclosed comprising at least one water permeable mesh pouch for placement in the brewing basket during brewing. The tea particles and sugar granules are contained in the mesh pouch. The mesh pouch has mesh openings being generally smaller than the size of said sugar granules and said tea particles for retention of said granules and particles. The tea particles and sugar granules are brewed and dissolved in the brewing basket during steeping of the tea particles and sugar granules in hot water to produce a concentrated sweet tea solution delivered from said basket for accurate and consistent brewing of sweat tea.

摘要： A method of making a beverage including a gas in a beverage making includes pressurizing a gas storage tank arranged to store a gas, supplying a beverage diluent liquid into a dissolver, and dissolving, by way of the dissolver, portion of the gas into the beverage diluent liquid at a minimum dissolver gas volumes level. The method further includes creating a blended beverage diluent liquid having a selectable target gas volumes level by diluting volumetrically the beverage diluent liquid from the dissolver including the gas, with the beverage diluent liquid which is absence the gas, to form the blended beverage diluent liquid having the predefined target gas volumes level, and dispensing selectively a predefined ratio of a beverage ingredient and the blended beverage diluent liquid to form a beverage.
