The game device includes a removable communication interface adapted to communicate with a central gaming system to selectively receive gaming data controlling the play and outcome of the pre-purchased game of chance, generated at a first time. The game device further includes a display screen, and one or more input mechanisms. A game device microprocessor device is provided which is configured to: commence play, selectively activated by operation of the one or more input mechanisms, of the pre-purchased games of chance using the gaming data at a selected second time after the first time; and selectively display on the display screen the generated outcome of the game of chance.

A gaming device includes an award distributor having a plurality of sections having first and second coordinates, a symbol group and a plurality of modifier groups including the sections, a plurality of awards associated with the sections in the symbol group and a plurality of award percentages associated with the sections in the modifier groups, an illumination device associated with the sections, a section indicator associated with the award distributor and a processor in communication with the award distributor. The gaming device determines the first coordinate of one of the modifier groups and then spins the award wheel to determine the second coordinate of one of the sections in the indicated modifier group, which indicates the section. The section indicator also indicates a section including an award in the symbol group. The indicated award is multiplied by the indicated award percentage to provide an activation award to the player.

A directional control valve which has a movable control piston (5) which separates two pressure chambers (6, 8) from each other in the valve housing interior, which pressure chambers can be subjected to control pressure in order to move the control piston (5) into axial positions corresponding to relevant switch positions of the valve in accordance with the difference in pressure prevailing between the control chambers (6, 8). A method of providing sub-half-micron copper interconnections with improved electromigration and corrosion resistance. The method includes double damascene using electroplated copper, where the seed layer is converted to an intermetallic layer. A layer of copper intermetallics with hafnium, lanthanum, zirconium or tin, is provided to improve the electromigration resistance and to reduce defect sensitivity. A method is also provided to form a cap atop copper lines, to improve corrosion resistance, which fully covers the surface. Structure and methods are also described to improve the electromigration and corrosion resistance by incorporating carbon atoms in copper interstitial positions.

A directional control valve has an axially displaceable control piston inside a valve housing and a travel sensor arranged on the valve housing to detect the position of the control piston. The sensor includes a travel sensor tube which is pressure tight and sealed on one end and has a directional transmitter rod extending into the other end. The directional transmitter rod is secured to the control piston and extends through the area connecting the inside of the valve housing to the travel sensor tube. A seal exposes a dampening gap placed in the connecting area forming a throttle point enabling oil to flow into the travel sensor tube.

The inventive structure and process are spike free and that has resulted in improved circuit performance, reliability and process yields.
