摘要: An agricultural work machine configured to avoid anomalies is disclosed. Agricultural work machines may encounter anomalies, such as obstacles (e.g., tires) or irregularities in the crop (e.g., weeds), which can reduce the quality of the harvested crop. Manually steering the agricultural work machine requires the constant attention of the vehicle operator. Thus, the agricultural work machine is configured to include sensors to generate one or more images (such as images of various regions of the agricultural work machine), an image processing system to process the images and a control unit to avoid the anomalies (e.g., avoid the identified anomalies, to drive in tracks, and/or to stop the agricultural work machine).

摘要: An agricultural work machine, such as a harvester, is disclosed. The agricultural work machine includes an internal combustion engine, at least one working assembly, and a regulating device. The internal combustion engine provides power to the working assembly, with the internal combustion engine being operated in different power settings, with a different performance characteristic in each of the different power settings. The regulating device causes automatic shifting of the internal combustion engine from one power setting to another in response to determining that the power requirements assigned to the working assembly change. The power settings may be assigned to different, pre-selectable power setting ranges, which may differ in terms of the highest respective power setting assigned thereto. Further, the regulating device may only cause shifting of the internal combustion engine between power settings in the respective pre-selected power setting range.

摘要: A method for operating a combine harvester configured with a number of working assemblies driven by at least one belt drive, and a ground drive, wherein the at least one belt drive and the ground drive are driven by a main drive comprising an engine, monitors for and accommodates slip. The working assemblies are monitored by sensors with respect to an occurrence of slip in the at least one belt drive. Signals representing slip are transmitted to a control device. The control device is connected to an input/output. The signals representing the slip are evaluated by the control device and the result is weighted. Depending on the weighting of the result, at least one measure is initiated by the control device, which results in a reduction of the slip and the at least one initiated measure is signalled by the input/output unit.

摘要: A rotary feedthrough for a compressed air supply system is provided between a stator and a rotor rotating relative to this stator. A compressed air channel disposed in the stator is connected to a compressed air line and leads into an annular chamber formed in the rotor, from which at least one working channel leading to a consumer proceeds. The stator is connected in the region of the rotary feedthrough to a control line. A moment of friction occurring in the region of the rotary feedthrough resulting in premature wear is reduced by providing a switchable non-return valve in the annular chamber. Blocking elements which extend within the annular chamber concentrically to the rotational axis of the rotor are moveable into an open position by an actuating element, which is displaced from the stator in the direction of the blocking elements.

摘要: An air intake system supplies cooling air to at least one heat exchanger and includes a sieve through which the cooling air flows. The air intake system is equipped on the inlet side with a device for removing and shredding components of the cooling air adhering on the inlet-side surface of the sieve. The device is formed with a suction device and a cutting device. The cutting device is formed of comb-like elements on a surface of the sieve and on a surface section of the suction device facing the surface of the sieve. The comb-like elements disposed on the surface of the sieve are designed as knives disposed on support or knife strips oriented transversely thereto. These support or knife strips extend with separations therebetween. At least one of the support strips is equipped with first knives, the knife-edges of which implement a pulling cut, while the comb-like elements on both end faces of the suction device or of the front element attached thereto are designed as second knives, knife-edges of which implement a pulling cut.
