A level shift circuit comprises a first input terminal, a second input terminal, a first output terminal, a second output terminal, a level shifter and an equalization unit. The first and second input terminals receive an input signal and an inverted input signal respectively. The first and second output terminals output an output signal and an inverted output signal respectively. The level shifter is connected to the first and second input terminals, the first and the second output terminals. The equalization unit is coupled between the first and second output terminals. Wherein, at a reset phase, the input signal and the inverted input signal are inputted to the level shifter, and the equalization unit is turned on. After the reset phase, the equalization unit is turned off and the level shifter starts to shift a level of the input signal.

A miniature night lamp with weathercast and alarm module comprises a miniature night lamp and a control means. In addition to providing night illumination, the control means is able to receive the weathercast signal of the weather bureau and let the user to hear information about the local weather conditions, and should there be any abnormal weather conditions the control means is able to deliver a sound alarm from a speaker.

A charge pump circuit including a plurality of switches and a switch control circuit is provided. The charge pump circuit is suitable for a display panel. The switches switch from “off” state to “on” state in an enable transition, and switch from “on” state to “off” state in a disable transition. The switch control circuit is coupled to the switches for controlling the on/off states of the switches and allowing the charge pump circuit to provide an output voltage that is different from an input voltage. The switch control circuit prolongs the time required for enable transition of the switches to be longer than the time for disable transition thereof. The equivalent impedances of the switches change from high values to low values when the switches are at the enable transition.
Abstract:
A dynamic biasing amplifier apparatus, and dynamic biasing apparatus, and method are disclosed. The dynamic biasing amplifier apparatus includes a comparator unit, a dynamic bias generator unit, and an amplifier unit. The amplifier unit receives an input signal and output an output signal based on at least a bias voltage. The comparator unit compares the positive and negative input signals of the amplifier unit. The dynamic bias generator unit generates and adjusts the bias voltage in accordance with the comparing result of the comparator unit. Therefore, the dynamic bias generator unit controls the amplifier unit to operate in a low static current mode when the input signal is in steady state; and the dynamic bias generator unit controls the amplifier unit to operate in a high dynamic current mode when the input signal is in transition state.

The present invention discloses a planar surface plasmon resonance detector, wherein a periodic metallic grating structure is arranged on a common glass substrate to replace prisms and generate surface plasmon resonance. The shift of the wavelength or incident angle for surface plasmon resonance is used to detect biochemical molecules. Further, a low-cost white light-emitting diode replaces laser to function as a light source. Via the metallic grating structure and the white light-emitting diode, the present invention can facilitate a low-cost, compact and portable planar surface plasmon resonance detector and popularize the planar surface plasmon resonance detector.

The present invention discloses a plasma reflective polarizer, which comprises a transparent substrate and a metal-line film. The metal-line film is formed via periodically disposing metal lines on the transparent substrate. Alternatively, the plasma reflective polarizer of the present invention comprises a plurality of transparent substrates stacked one above one; each transparent substrate has a metal-line film, and the metal-line film is formed via periodically disposing metal lines on the transparent substrate. The plasma reflective polarizer of the present invention is a simple structure formed of only a common transparent substrate and a metal-line film. Therefore, the present invention is a low-cost plasma reflective polarizer having a high brightness-enhancing function and superior mechanical properties.

An amplifier device capable of reducing offset voltage includes an offset-voltage cancellation device, an input stage circuit, an output stage circuit, a pseudo output stage circuit, a switch circuit, and an output end. The switch circuit is coupled to the input stage circuit, the output stage circuit, and the pseudo output stage circuit, and is utilized for transmitting an amplified signal provided by the input stage circuit to the output stage circuit and transmitting a first feedback voltage provided by the output stage circuit to the input stage circuit or transmitting the amplified signal provided by the input stage circuit to the pseudo output stage circuit and transmitting a second feedback voltage provided by the pseudo output stage circuit to the input stage circuit according to an operating mode.
