Abstract:
A light source for a photo-reactive curing apparatus is provided, which includes a plurality of light source elements or modules, such as, UV or visible LEDs or LED arrays, arranged to provide a beam profile comprising irradiation zones separated by a dark zone. Photo-polymerization occurs during periods of irradiation and dark polymerization occurs during dark intervals between irradiation. The relative positioning or spacing of light source elements or modules is set to provide an exposure profile with a dark interval which matches the required dark reaction interval for optimal curing efficiency. In modular or adjustable light sources, the spacing is adjustable dependent on process parameters. For processes such as inkjet printing, the beam profile may be better matched to the ink chemistry, so as to control the polymerization reaction to meet a required process speed for single pass or multiple pass applications.
Abstract:
A lens module testing device includes a base substrate, a supporting assembly, a bearing assembly, a receiving element, and an operation element. The supporting assembly is positioned on the base substrate and includes two supporting plates parallel with each other. One of the supporting plates defines an arc shaped slot. The bearing assembly is rotatably received between the two supporting plates. The receiving element is positioned on the bearing assembly and configured for receiving a lens module. The operation element penetrates the slot and connects to the bearing assembly; the bearing assembly is driven by the operation element to move along the slot and thereby adjusting the angle of the lens module which is presented to a light source.
Abstract:
A communication device including a receiving unit and a signal processing module having a simulation unit and a decision unit is provided. The receiving unit receives a first burst of a paging message provided from a base station. Base on a reference burst code and an estimated channel impulse response of the communication channel, the simulation unit generates a simulation burst. The decision unit then determines if the paging message is a dummy message in accordance with the first burst and the simulation burst. The decision unit requests the receiving unit to stop receiving the paging message once the paging message is determined to be a dummy message.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical access system for dual service network, which mainly comprises an optical modulation device which is used to receive on-off keying (OOK) signal from cable network and radio frequency (RF) signal from wireless network, the optical modulation device then modulates the OOK signal and the RF signal to an optical signal and send out an output optical signal. Lastly, the output optical signal is being delivered to an optical receiving device through an optical fiber transmission channel, and the optical receiving device can access the OOK signal and RF signal from the output optical signal. In addition, the present invention does not require remote nodes (receiver side) to use any optical filter to discern on-off keying signal from cable network and RF signal from wireless network. The present invention can also apply to the field of wavelength-division multiplexing system.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical modulating device with frequency multiplying technique for electrical signals, which primary comprises a mixer, which generates a mixed data signal from a first electrical signal and a second electrical signal. The mixed data signal is then received by a first phase shift device to have its phase shifted and becomes a first shifted signal. The first electrical signal is further received by a second phase shift device to have its phase shifted and becomes a second shifted signal. The present invention further comprises an integrated electro-optic modulator (Mach-Zehnder modulator), which is used to receive an input optical signal, the mixed data signal, the first shifted signal, the second shifted signal and the first electrical signal mentioned above, the integrated electro-optic modulator will then modulates the input optical signal into a frequency multiplying output optical signal that carries the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal. The present invention can carry and transmit amplitude shift keying signals and vector modulation signals, thereby provides a more advanced optical communication transmission service.
Abstract:
A water spray structure includes an outer housing, an inner sleeve, a mesh member, a spray member and an end cap. The inner sleeve is located in the outer housing. A gap is defined between an outer wall of the inner sleeve and an inner wall of the outer housing. The inner sleeve has apertures thereon. The spray member is located in the inner sleeve and has a plurality of through holes around a circumferential portion thereof. Each of the through holes has a large upper part and a small lower part. The spray member has stop pieces under the through holes. The stop pieces are disposed in a tangent direction. A mixing chamber is defined between a lower end of the spray member and a lower portion of the inner sleeve. The spray member has the plurality of through holes disposed around the circumferential portion of the spray member, the inlets and the transversal inlets to separate water to flow in the through holes. The stop pieces are disposed under the through holes to disperse the water in a spiral form. The tapered through holes form a negative pressure in the spray member for mixing with the air so as to form oxygenated mist. The water stream becomes comfortable.
