Abstract: A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a base substrate; a first conductive layer on the base substrate, and in an encapsulated area and a peripheral area of the display panel; a second conductive layer on a side of the first conductive layer away from the base substrate, and in the encapsulated area and the peripheral area; an organic insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and limited in the encapsulated area; a first inorganic insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and on a side of the organic insulating layer away from the base substrate; and a second inorganic insulating layer between the organic insulating layer and the first conductive layer. The first inorganic insulating layer covers the organic insulating layer.

Abstract: An OLED touch display substrate, an OLED touch display panel, a display device and a control method thereof are provided. The OLED touch display substrate includes an anode, a cathode and a functional layer arranged on a base substrate. The cathode includes sub-cathodes, a time period for displaying one image frame of the OLED touch display substrate includes a display time period and a touch time period, and the sub-cathodes further serve as touch electrodes. The touch display substrate further includes touch signal lines electrically connected to the touch electrodes. Within the display time period, a common voltage signal is applied to each touch electrode via the respective touch signal line. Within the touch time period, a touch scanning signal is applied to each touch electrode via the respective touch signal line, and it is detected whether or not a self-capacitance of the touch electrode changes.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a mask plate assembly, which includes providing a mask plate and a frame and securing the mask plate to the frame. The secured mask plate comprises a redundant portion extending out of the frame. The method further comprises removing at least a part of the redundant portion, and dispensing glue in a predetermined area of a surface of the mask plate, and curing the glue to form a colloid, wherein the colloid is higher than any other area on the surface of the mask plate where the colloid is not formed. The present disclosure further provides a mask plate assembly comprising a frame, and a mask plate secured to the frame, wherein a colloid is formed in a predetermined area of a surface of the mask plate, and the colloid is higher than any other area on the surface of the mask plate where the colloid is not formed. The present disclosure further provides an evaporation device and a method for manufacturing the display substrate.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide an organic light-emitting diode component and a manufacturing method, a display panel and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode component includes: a first electrode layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode layer in sequence. The organic light-emitting diode component further includes an insulation layer and an auxiliary electrode layer. The insulation layer is above the second electrode layer. The auxiliary electrode layer is above the insulation layer and electrically connected to the first electrode layer. According to embodiments of the disclosure, while improving a problem of uneven light emission, the auxiliary electrode layer is prevented from blocking the light emitted by the organic light-emitting diode component. Also, an etching process is not necessary for forming the auxiliary electrode layer.
