摘要： An opening and closing apparatus for an opening and closing body of a vehicle. The opening and closing apparatus includes a reciprocating member movable along a plane perpendicular to a hinge shaft. A connecting member is provided having a first end section fixed to the opening and closing body, and a second end section pivotally attached to the reciprocating member through a connecting shaft. The opening and closing body is moved to open and close through the connecting member upon a movement of the reciprocating member. In the opening and closing apparatus, the connecting member includes two side wall sections apart from each other in a direction parallel with the axis of the connecting shaft. A suppression member is disposed to a stationary body in the vehicle and so engaged between the two side wall sections as to be relatively movable to the connecting member.

摘要： Detecting the rotational direction of a rotor is feasible by allowing a constant current source to supply a constant current flowing from an electric potential supply line to the earth in response to a turning-on action of a switch. Accordingly, detecting both the rotational speed and the rotational direction of the rotor is feasible by using three wiring cables of a power source line, an earth line, and a signal line outputting a pulse signal in accordance with the rotation of the gear. Using such a one-stage voltage adjustment enables the detection signal processing circuit to reduce electric power consumption compared with a system requiring a two-stage voltage adjustment.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method for transferring a pattern of minute dents and projections to an energy ray-setting resin layer coated on a substrate plate by pressing a master pattern on a transfer mold, followed by irradiation of energy rays. The pattern transfer method comprises the steps of pressing a master pattern on a transfer mold against the resin layer under a predetermined imprinting pressure, irradiating the resin layer under the imprinting pressure with energy rays, interrupting the irradiation of energy rays and at the same time cancelling application of the imprinting pressure and holding the resin layer and the transfer mold in a non-pressed state to relieve the resin layer of internal stresses, and recommencing irradiation of the resin layer with energy rays to complete hardening of the resin layer which is held in contact with the transfer mold in a non-pressed state.

摘要： In a screw compressor, a pair of rotors are located in a housing to be rotatable around their rotary axes to form in the housing a compression chamber in which gas sucked from a suction port of the housing is compressed thereby discharging the compressed gas from a discharge port of the housing. The suction port is provided in the housing at a position radial outside of the rotors, and the housing is provided with a communication passage through which the suction port communicates with the compression chamber before being communicated with the suction port. Furthermore, the communication passage is provided such that the gas sucked from the suction port flows into the communication passage in a direction approximately parallel with an axial direction of the rotors.

Consequently, it becomes possible to improve workability of the rotors while an air leak between the rotors is suppressed.

The power consumption detector detects a measurement value corresponding to a power consumption of the actuator. The air pressure detector detects a discharge pressure of the atmospheric air discharged by the pump. The controller calculates a criterion value of the measurement value when the pump takes in the atmospheric air at 1 atmospheric pressure and discharges the atmospheric air at the discharge pressure based on the rotational frequency of the pump and the measurement value. The controller also adjusts the rotational frequency based on the measurement value and the criterion value.

The air supply device 21 has a cylindrical straight tube portion 25, and an air supply port 23 formed in a cone shape, and is disposed in a centrifugal tumbling chamber 6 to be movable in an up-and-down direction. During a granulating step, the air supply device 21 stops to supply the dry air 22 and waits at an upper position H. After the granulation processing, the air supply device is lowered at a lower position L and supplies the dry air 22 onto the rotating disk 5 to dry granulated substances. As a result, the granulating apparatus capable of efficiently obtaining, in a single apparatus, spherical particles of which each particle size is small and which exist within a narrow range of particle size distribution and of which deviation from spherical form is small is provided.

摘要： Pulsation, vibration and noise of a screw compressor is caused by compressed air abruptly discharging through a discharge port in a rotor chamber during rotation of a pair of rotors. The inside opening shape of the discharge port is within two tip curved lines drawn by the pair of rotors and coincides with the two tip curved lines at least at one point when fluid starts to discharge. In one embodiment, the inside opening shape is triangular with a vertex at a point of intersection of the two tip curved lines and a base side along the discharge end face of the rotor chamber. With this, when the air compressed in the compression chamber discharges from the discharge port, the discharge opening area of the discharge port smoothly increases. This reduces the pulsation of the discharged air and thus reduces the vibration and noise of the screw compressor.
