摘要： A gas turbine combustor in which a part or all of the wall of the combustor disposed within an intake chamber is formed as an acoustic energy absorbing member that can absorb the acoustic energy of a combustion variation generated within the combustor. The acoustic energy absorbing member is constructed of a thin corrugated plate in a circumferential direction, a high-temperature-proof perforated material, or a back plate disposed at the outside of a perforated plate in a radial direction with a distance from the perforated plate. It is also possible to provide a covering member at the outside of the acoustic energy absorbing member in a radial direction, for covering the acoustic energy absorbing member with a distance from the acoustic energy absorbing member. It is preferable that the acoustic energy-absorbing member and/or the covering member are reinforced with a frame that extends in a circumferential direction and/or a longitudinal direction.

摘要： A gas turbine combustor includes a side wall, for defining a combustion volume, having upstream and downstream ends, a pilot nozzle, disposed adjacent the upstream end of the side wall, for discharging a pilot fuel to form a diffusion flame in the combustion volume, and a plurality of main nozzles, provided around the pilot nozzles, for discharging a fuel-air mixture to form premixed flames in the combustion volume. Film air is supplied into the combustion volume downstream of the main nozzles along the inner surface of the side wall to reduce the fuel-air ratio in a region adjacent the inner surface of the side wall and to restrain a combustion-driven oscillation in the combustion volume.

摘要： A combustor inner cylinder is disposed inside a combustor outer casing, and a spread flame formation cone and a plurality of premixed flame-formation nozzles are provided inside the combustor inner cylinder. The premixed flame-formation nozzles have sector-shaped outlets and disposed annularly between the combustor inner cylinder and the spread flame formation cone which forms spread combustion flames. Part of the air from a compressor is passed through clearances between the premixed flame-formation nozzles as cooled air and discharged toward a combustion chamber.

摘要： A pilot nozzle diffusion-injects a fuel. A pilot swirler swirls a pilot air around the pilot nozzle. An air guide is arranged between the outer surface of the pilot nozzle and the pilot swirler. The air guide extends from the pilot swirler to a tip of the pilot nozzle. The air guide has a tip that protrudes beyond the tip of the pilot nozzle and this the tip of the air guide is bent away from a center of the pilot nozzle.

摘要： A display has a display panel of a first aspect ratio and is able to display on the display panel an image of a second aspect ratio whose width element is larger than that of the first aspect ratio. The display has a gate driver, a data driver, and a timing controller. The gate driver sequentially selects gate lines of the display panel. The data driver stores data for one gate line and supplies the data to one of the gate lines selected by the gate driver. The timing controller supplies control signals to the gate and data drivers so that predetermined data is displayed in top and bottom non-image areas of the display panel during a vertical blanking period. The display is capable of displaying images of different sizes.

摘要： The purity of a liquid chemical agent is improved simultaneously with obtaining a homogeneous concentration of a specific chemical in the agent, thereby improving the quality of substrate processing steps. Pure water is supplied from a pure water supply (30) into a process tank (1) by opening an opening/closing valve (33) on a pure water supply system (7) and by closing an opening/closing valve (19) on a circulation system (5). After the process tank (1) is completely charged with pure water, the opening/closing valve (33) is closed while the opening/closing valve (19) is opened. This closes a pipe conduit (11) of the circulation system (5) and allows pure water in the process tank (1) to be circulated through the circulation system (5) by a pump (13). A first opening/closing valve (49) on a gas supply system (9) is subsequently opened to allow hydrogen chloride gas from a hydrogen chloride gas supply (40) to be fed into a mixing unit (17) of the circulation system (5). This results in mixing of the hydrogen chloride gas with pure water in the mixing unit (17) to make a liquid chemical agent.

摘要： An apparatus for controlling an output from an AC generator for a vehicle is provided which enables wiring from an external control unit to a voltage regulator by using only one wiring line, and which is capable of adjusting an output voltage of the AC generator to a usual value in accordance with a duty ratio of a control signal supplied from the external control unit, and linearly controlling the generator output voltage to a desired value in relation to a change in the level of the control signal. The apparatus includes a control unit connected to a battery and a variety of sensors mounted on a vehicle for generating a control signal which has a duty ratio corresponding to a sensed operating condition of the vehicle; and a voltage regulator connected to the battery and the control unit for detecting an output voltage of the battery and controlling turning on and off of a field current supplied from the battery to a field coil of the AC generator in accordance with the detected battery voltage so as to adjust an output voltage of the AC generator to a level that is determined in accordance with the duty ratio of the control signal from the external control unit.
