    Abstract: A method for determining a transport block size includes: determining an overhead of a sidelink data channel PSSCH demodulation reference signal (DMRS) in a physical resource block (PRB) of a first time-frequency resource, where the first time-frequency resource includes a first time unit in time domain; and determining, based on the overhead of the PSSCH DMRS, a number of resource elements (REs) on the first time-frequency resource that are for data transmission, where the number of REs for data transmission is for determining a transport block size (TBS) of the sidelink data channel PSSCH. The method provides a combined gain of a plurality of transmissions of a same transport block, and supports DMRS configurations of different quantities of DMRS symbols in initial transmission and retransmission of one transport block.

    Abstract: Amplifiers, amplification circuits, and phase shifters, for example, for flexibly adjusting an output phase to thereby meet a requirement of a constant phase on a link in a communications field, are provided. In one aspect, an amplifier includes first, second, and third MOS transistors. The first MOS transistor includes a gate separately coupled to a signal input end and a bias voltage input end, a source coupled to a power supply, and a drain separately coupled to sources of the second and third MOS transistors. A drain of the third MOS transistor is coupled to a ground, and a drain of the second MOS transistor is coupled to a signal output end. The bias voltage input end is configured to receive a bias voltage to adjust a phase difference between an input signal at the signal input end and an output signal at the signal output end.

The first terminal apparatus determines that beams in the K1 directions all fail for N1 consecutive times.     Abstract: A method for configuring a sidelink transmission resource is provided, including sending, by a network device, downlink control information (DCI) to a first terminal apparatus, the DCI comprising one or both of a first indication information or a second indication information. The first indication information indicating a time domain resource on which the first terminal apparatus sends sidelink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information to the network device, and the second indication information indicating a frequency domain resource on which the first terminal apparatus sends the HARQ information to the network device. The method further includes receiving, by the network device, the HARQ information from the first terminal apparatus based on the one or both of the first indication information or the second indication information.

    Abstract: A phase-locked loop includes an oscillator; a digital switched capacitor array, which is connected in parallel to varactors in the oscillator, and includes N switched capacitors that are connected in parallel, where N is a positive integer greater than 1; a controller configured to generate a level signal and a first control word based on a change in a control voltage of the oscillator; and an adjustment circuit including a smoothing circuit and N multiplexer switches MUXs, where the smoothing circuit is configured to slow down a flipping speed of the level signal, and obtain a smooth signal. The N MUXs one-to-one correspond to the N switched capacitors, and the N MUXs are configured to be selected and controlled for the smooth signal based on the first control word, and output control signals used to control the N switched capacitors to be opened or closed.
