Abstract: An electronic device includes: a first substrate; a silicon semiconductor layer disposed on the first substrate; a first oxide semiconductor layer and a second oxide semiconductor layer disposed on the first substrate; a first conductive component disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the silicon semiconductor layer; and a second conductive component disposed on the first conductive component and electrically connected to at least one of the first oxide semiconductor layer and the second oxide semiconductor layer, wherein the second conductive component is at least partially overlapped with the first oxide semiconductor layer and the first conductive component.

Abstract: An electronic device to receive fingerprint data and a method for the same is provided. The electronic device includes a touch unit including a plurality of touch pixels, a display unit, and a sensing unit including a plurality of sensing pixels. The method includes receiving a finger touch signal through the touch unit, determining a finger touch region in the touch unit, determining a first region in the display unit, determining a sensing region in the sensing unit, wherein the sensing region is overlapped with the finger touch region, and receiving the fingerprint data through the sensing unit, wherein a density of a part of the plurality of touch pixels in the finger touch region is less than a density of a part of the plurality of sensing pixels in the sensing region.

Abstract: A sensing circuit has a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first sensing wire and a second sensing wire. The first capacitor is electrically connected to a first sensing electrode via the first sensing wire, the second capacitor is electrically connected to a second sensing electrode via the second sensing wire, and the first sensing wire and the second sensing wire are coupled. A first reference signal is provided to the first sensing wire. A first sensing signal is provided to the first capacitor. A second reference signal is provided to a second sensing wire at time of providing the first sensing signal to the first capacitor.
