    摘要: A coaxial cable includes an insulator having void portions continuing in a longitudinal direction, a central conductor covered with the insulator, and an outer conductor arranged on an outer circumference of the insulator. Each of the void portions is formed to have a circular or elliptical cross section, and the void portions are evenly arranged in the insulator in a set of six to nine. In a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the coaxial cable, a void ratio of the entire void portions is 43% or more. The void ratio is a proportion of the void portions to a sum of a total area of all the void portions and an area of the insulator.

    摘要: The reforming of heavy oil with supercritical water or subcritical water is accomplished by mixing together supercritical water, heavy oil, and oxidizing agent, thereby oxidizing vanadium in heavy oil with the oxidizing agent at the time of treatment with supercritical water and separate vanadium oxide. The separated vanadium oxide is removed by the scavenger after treatment with supercritical water. In this way it is possible to solve the long-standing problem with corrosion of turbine blades by vanadium which arises when heavy oil is used as gas turbine fuel.

The gas turbine system burning heavy-oil modified fuel comprises a reactor for mixing heavy oil and water to cause reaction, thereby separating and removing a heavy component from the heavy oil, a gas-liquid separator for separating hydrocarbon gas and modified oil obtained in the reactor from each other, a gas turbine combustor for burning the hydrocarbon gas supplied from the gas-liquid separator, and a gas turbine driven by combustion gas produced in the gas turbine combustor. The system further comprises another line for extracting the hydrocarbon gas externally of a relevant system region. The other line is branched from a line for supplying the hydrocarbon gas from the gas-liquid separator to the gas turbine combustor.
