摘要: Method for controlling voltage in a non-volatile memory system is provided. The method includes selecting a first input value for a voltage generator system operating in one of a plurality of modes, the first input value controlling a temperature dependent component of a voltage applied to a memory cell; and selecting a second input value for the voltage generator system operating in one of the plurality of modes, the second input value controlling a temperature independent component of the voltage applied to the memory cell. The temperature dependent component of the voltage applied to the memory cell and the temperature independent component of the voltage applied to the memory cell are controlled independently in response to the first input value and the second input value.

摘要: A method and apparatus for managing a missed-call list in a telephone device by flagging a missed-call entry as “called-back” when a telephone call is placed to or received from the party listed in a missed-call list. The telephone device may still maintain the missed-call in the missed-call list after being flagged. A user may view the missed-call list to see which missed-calls (if any) the user has returned and which missed-call (if any) the user has not returned. Beneficially, the invention enables a user to retain valuable information about a missed-call and is therefore advantageous to the user of a telephone.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and an apparatus using smart antennas in a frequency division duplex code division multiple access mobile communication system and for solving the limitations of smart antenna use due to asymmetric propagation of uplink electric wave and downlink electric wave. In the wireless base station, there are transmitting and receiving smart antenna arrays and associated transmitters and receivers, respectively, and a common baseband signal processor. In the method, the main path direction is determined by signal direction of arrival, obtained from receiving signal; in the downlink beam forming, an expected transmitting beam form is based on the main path direction. The system can obtain advantages of smart antenna, improve cell coverage, increase system capacity and reduce cost.

摘要: A method of etching a sacrificial oxide layer covering an etch-stop silicon nitride underlayer, involves exposing the sacrificial oxide to anhydrous HF at a temperature of less than about 100° C. and/or at vacuum level lower than 40 Torr; and subsequently performing an in-situ vacuum evaporation of etch by-products at a temperature of more than about 100° C. and at vacuum level lower than the 40 Torr without exposure to ambient air.

摘要: A method, a system and an authentication server for realizing a secure assignment of a DHCP address are disclosed. The method includes: sending a DHCP Discovery message via an access network; obtaining the identification information of the DHCP client and performing an authenticating to the DHCP client based on the identification information; and only assigning the address to the DHCP client has passed the authentication. Therefore, in the present invention, access authentication may be performed on a subscriber according to location information, and IP address is only assigned to the valid subscriber and terminal. Therefore, the security of the address assignment in DHCP mode may be enhanced greatly. Moreover, in the present invention, addresses may be managed by an AAA server unitedly, or the addresses may be assigned after being authenticated by the AAA server successfully.

摘要: A business model is described in which one entity hosts, maintains, and provides a uniform interface for entering data into, a database of manufacturers product specification on behalf of a plurality of manufacturers. The entity then serves as an application service provider (ASP) with respect to that database, by allowing the manufacturers to access their respective product specification data in the database for any of a variety of uses outside of the database in exchange for some form of remuneration from those manufacturers.
