    摘要: A method for enhancing the reliability of a simplified multicasting forwarding protocol in a wireless network is provided. The method comprises establishing a list of multi-point relaying (MPR) nodes for each of a plurality of nodes. The list of MPR nodes includes neighbor nodes that cover each of the plurality of nodes within two hops. A first set of nodes is identified that is not already in the list of MPR nodes. In a first approach, the first set of nodes includes nodes that are the only neighbor node to a node in the list of MPR nodes. In a second alternative approach, the first set of nodes includes nodes that are sequentially previous to a node in the list of MPR nodes. Once the first set of nodes is identified, the first set of nodes is added to the list of MPR nodes. If the first approach is used, the method further comprises identifying a second set of nodes that is not already in the list of MPR nodes. The second set of nodes comprises nodes that have the largest number of neighboring MPR nodes. The second set of nodes is then added to the list of MPR nodes.

The method transmits encoded data from a source device to a destination device via a single path up through a plurality of wireless paths using a random frequency hopping tuning pattern for wireless communications, and pseudo-randomly varies dwell times of the frequency hopping tuning pattern over which the data is transmitted. The network uses forward-error correction coding redundancy within a data burst to allow recovery of corrupted data in any partially jammed hop of the transmitted data.

    摘要: A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more radio resource control messages indicating: a first mode in which the wireless device receives one or more sidelink grants for first sidelink transmissions; and a second mode in which the wireless device selects one or more sidelink resources for second sidelink transmissions. The wireless device triggers a sidelink scheduling request (SR) procedure based on sidelink data becoming available while operating in the first mode. A switch is made to the second mode for the second sidelink transmissions of the sidelink data in response to a failure of the sidelink SR procedure. The sidelink data is transmitted while operating in the second mode.
