Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, provided is a method comprising a step of receiving, from a network node, a request message requesting an E-UTRAN radio access bearer (E-RAB) configuration for data transmission and reception of a mission critical service (MCS), wherein the request message includes indication information for permitting transmission and reception of the data in at least one first measurement gap, when data of the MCS is generated in the at least one first measurement gap, transmitting, to the terminal, at least one of measurement gap information related to the at least one first measurement gap in which the indication information or the data is transmitted, and transmitting, to the terminal, the data in the at least one measurement gap.

Abstract: Provided is a method and device for receiving a signal in a wireless communication system to which a multiple-transmission technique is applied. A proposed wireless communication system proposes a method for maximizing packet transmission within a target time in multiple paths. Specifically, a terminal receives, from a first base station, multiple-transmission activation information and control information for transmission of a transmission block. The terminal decodes the multiple-transmission activation information and the control information, and receives the transmission block from the first base station and a second base station. At this time, the multiple-transmission activation information includes a multiple-transmission activation indicator indicating that the first base station and the second base station can transmit the transmission block until a preconfigured time.

More specifically, a method for monitoring a downlink control channel of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system comprises receiving, by the UE, configuration information of a first discontinuous reception (DRX) mode based on a first transmission time interval (TTI) and configuration information of a second DRX mode based on a second TTI from an evolved-NodeB (eNB); and monitoring, by the UE, a first downlink control channel in a first DRX listening interval within a first DRX cycle based on the configuration information of the first DRX mode and a second downlink control channel in a second DRX listening interval within a second DRX cycle based on the configuration information of the second DRX mode, wherein the second DRX cycle is set to be shorter than the first DRX cycle.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for performing timing synchronization in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the present invention is characterized in that resources for D2D communication and resources for performing cellular communication are identified, and resource information for the D2D communication is determined considering the number of D2D terminals and a cell size of a base station, has different frequency and time domains according to D2D terminals, and includes different time offset values. Accordingly, the present invention prevents, in advance, the generation of interference according to the D2D communication.
