摘要： Disclosed is a registry for candidate transfusion donors, which invokes an inventory management policy to create and actively manage lists of candidate donors in order to minimize imbalances between demand and supply across multiple regions and across multiple categories of donors and recipients. Together with a genotyping laboratory, the registry does targeted recruitment of prospective donors who are typed for a set of genetic markers relating to clinically relevant antigens including mutations of Human Erythrocyte Antigens (HEA), genetic variants of Rh, and possibly additional antigens such as HLA and HPA. The registry monitors incoming demand for transfusion antigen genotypes, preferably stratify the demand into a set of categories representing stable subpopulations, and will apply strategies, disclosed herein, to tune the composition of candidate donor lists to match the demand, thereby avoiding excess, and unnecessary, typing of candidate donors.

摘要： Disclosed are systems and methods for providing ring back tones in a communication network. At first, a ring back tone device for storing and playing the ring back tone customized by a subscriber is established in the communication network. Whether a subscriber is a ring back tone service register subscriber is judged with a certain triggering mode, such as intelligent network triggering, signaling interception triggering, call forwarding triggering or switching device triggering. If it is judged the subscriber is a ring back tone service registered subscriber, a connection between the originating switching device and the terminating switching device and a connection between a switching device and the ring back tone device are established. When the called terminal is idle, the ring back tone device provides a piece of customized ring back tone to the calling subscriber for replacing traditional ring back tone.

摘要： Storing and restoring a communication session includes establishing a communication session by exchanging dialog. Dialog from the communication session is stored to a persistent storage. Endpoints participate in the communication session to assert functionality to a monitoring module. If a failure occurs during the communication session, an endpoint receives the stored dialog from the persistent storage. Furthermore, the endpoint restores the received dialog onto a protocol stack to continue the communication session without loss of dialog.

The mobile network base station identifies an aggregate packet data unit (PDU) session with a user plane function (UPF) ICN gateway (ICN-GW) hosted in a mobile network core network (CN) for the ICN packet. Then, the mobile network base station transmits the ICN packet via the aggregate PDU session.
