C., preparing an alloy sheet having a desired sheet thickness by subjecting the ingot to a hot rolling and a cold rolling, subjecting the alloy sheet to heat treatment including heating the sheet up to a range of 500.degree. to 580.degree. C. at a heating rate of 3.degree. C./sec. or more, keeping it for 0 to 60 seconds at the temperature reached, and cooling it to 100.degree. C. or less at a looking rate of 2.degree. C./sec. or more, and keeping the alloy sheet at a temperature within a range of 180.degree. to 300.degree. C. for 3 to 60 seconds. Thus, a natural aging-retardated aluminum alloy sheet is obtained.

摘要: An electrophotographic apparatus capable of forming a high quality image by a contact type developing system using a photoconductive belt and a developing roller. The belt has a tubular configuration. A single friction roller is made of rubber and received in the tubular belt to drive it in a rotary motion. The friction roller has an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the belt to provide the belt with a slack. The developing roller contacts the slack of the belt and, therefore, contacts the belt over a sufficient nip width.

摘要: A recording apparatus which includes a photosensitive member and an image forming unit for forming a latent image on the photosensitive member. A developing unit develops this latent image by supplying toner to the photosensitive member so that a visible image corresponding to the latent image is formed on the photosensitive member. A transfer unit transfers the visible image from the photosensitive member to a recording sheet. A magazine unit having a first chamber for storing toner and a second chamber for storing scrap toner obtained by scraping residual toner from the photosensitive member is also provided. The magazine unit is detachably mounted to a housing of the recording apparatus. A supply mechanism supplies toner from the first chamber of the magazine unit to the developing unit. A detector detects whether an amount of toner in the developing unit is equal to or less than a predetermined amount and a controller activates the supply mechanism when the detector detects that the amount of toner is equal to or less than the predetermined amount. The supply mechanism features a gutter with a groove for accommodating developer and a rotation mechanism for rotating the gutter at an appropriate timing to deposit the developer in the gutter into the developing unit. A shutter which is opened when the magazine unit is mounted in the housing of the recording apparatus and which is closed when the magazine unit is removed from the housing may also be provided.

摘要: Combination use of citric or/and lactic acid with table salt in one solution is extremely effective to enhance the preservability of boiled noodle products to be commercially distributed at an ordinary temperature. Boiled noodles are subject to immersion treatment with the aqueous solution containing said combination and then, without rinsing, packaged and heat sterilized for commercial distribution. Additional use of sodium glutamate is proposed for improving palatability if desired.

摘要: A coil winding machine for winding a coil on a cylindrical core having peripheral slots such as the rotor core of an electric motor, particularly suitable for use in the coil winding on a core having small intersecting angle of a pair of the peripheral slots for receiving wires of the same coil. To the lower end of a rotary shaft having the flyer, attached are a former rotatable relatively to the rotary shaft and provided with a guide portion opposing to the end surface of the core, and a pair of winding frames positioned between the end surface of the core and the guide portion of the former. A pair of bending means are disposed to oppose to each other with the winding frames interposed therebetween. The bending means are movable toward and away from said winding frames and also in the up and down directions.
