Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device may be configured to transmit, to a second wireless device, one or more orbital angular momentum (OAM) signals in accordance with a set of radial codeword sequences associated with a polynomial radial codeword configuration, where the one or more OAM signals are transmitted based on a first value of a polynomial term for the polynomial radial codeword configuration. The first wireless device may receive, from the second wireless device on the one or more OAM signals, a feedback message indicating a second value of the polynomial term. The first wireless device may then transmit, to the second wireless device, one or more additional OAM signals in accordance with the set of radial codeword sequences and based on the second value for the polynomial term.

Abstract: Systems and method for configuring and providing discontinuous reception (DRX) operations in sidelink (SL) mode 1 and mode 2 are disclosed. A first user equipment (UE) may operate in DRX communications with a second UE over a SL while concurrently maintaining DRX communications with a base station. In some embodiments, DRX operations may include the first UE monitoring for either one or both of transmissions in a downlink from a base station and in the SL from the second UE during an active period of a DRX cycle of the DRX configuration. In embodiments, the UE may extend the active period associated with the DRX cycle when control information from either the base station or the second UE is received. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating a flush indicator for uplink transmissions and sidelink transmissions are disclosed herein. A roadside unit (RSU) may transmit, to a first communication node, a request for multi-static sensing capability information associated with the first communication node. The RSU may receive a report indicating the multi-static sensing capability information for the first communication node. The RSU may transmit, in response to receiving the multi-static sensing capability information, a control message indicating one or more multi-static sensing parameters for the first communication node. The RSU may receive one or more multi-static sensing measurements obtained based at least in part on the one or more multi-static sensing parameters. The RSU may transmit, to the first communication node, a second communication node, or both, one or more channel estimates determined based at least in part on the one or more multi-static sensing measurements.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for a sidelink coverage extension using repeated transmission. A first UE may transmit a multiple slot SCI in a first slot of a group of multiple slots for reserving resources for the group of multiple slots and transmitting one or more sidelink transmissions in the reserved resources. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Devices in a wireless communications system may exchange information related to one or more default operating frequencies. A wireless device may identify default operating frequencies within an ultra-wide bandwidth and transmit an indication of the default operating frequencies to one or more other wireless devices. A first wireless device may identify one or more default operating frequencies of a second device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)), and the first wireless device may provide the default operating frequencies of the UE to another wireless device. For example, a UE may be handed over from a source device to a target device, and the source device may provide the UE's default operating frequencies to the target device when handing over the UE to the target device. The UE and the target device may communicate over the bandwidth based on the default operating frequencies.
