Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method for maintenance and release of UE resources. A UE that transmits signals requests release of radio resources configured to the UE. A radio network node releases radio resources configured to the UE for proximity-based service (ProSe).

The method for supporting an emergency service by a MME includes receiving, by the MME, a first message including information associated with an attach request of a terminal from a base station, determining, by the MME, whether the attach request is accepted based on information indicating an emergency service included in the first message, and transmitting, by the MME, a second message to the base station if the attach request is accepted, wherein if the information associated with the attach request includes the information indicating the emergency service, the attach request is accepted, and wherein the information indicating the emergency service is included in the first message using information included in a third message received from the terminal.
Abstract:
A method and a system for processing a Radio Link Failure (RLF) report, where when a User Equipment (UE) encounters an RLF in a first cell controlled by a first evolved base station and selects a second cell controlled by a second evolved base station to re-establish an Radio Resource Connection (RRC), are provided. The method includes sending, by the second evolved base station, the RLF report to every corresponding evolved base station according to the PCI of the first cell having been received from the UE, where the PCI of the first cell, the PCI of a second cell, the CRNTI of the UE in the first cell, and UE authentication information are carried in the RLF report, and authenticating, by every evolved base station the UE according to the UE authentication information. Another method for processing an RLF report, and two methods for adjusting a mobile parameter, are also provided.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a handover report and for transmitting a radio link failure (RLF) report are provided. The method includes obtaining, by a target base station, at least one of location information of a source cell or location information of a user equipment (UE) history cell during a handover procedure, and transmitting, by the target base station, the handover report to at least one of a source base station or to a base station where the UE history cell is located, according to the obtained at least one of location information of the source cell or the location information of the UE history cell, wherein the handover report including at least one of an unnecessary handover report, a too early handover report, or a handover to wrong cell report.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. The present disclosure relates to a radio communication method and device, an electronic apparatus and a storage medium. A radio communication method executed by a first node includes: acquiring information on a first measurement; transmitting first measurement configuration information to at least one UE based on the acquired information on the first measurement, wherein the first measurement configuration information is used for executing or stopping the first measurement by the UE in an inactive state or an idle state.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method performed by a gNB-distributed unit (DU) of a base station in a wireless communication system and the gNB-DU, the method comprises receiving, from a gNB-central unit (CU) of the base station, signaling information for paging subgrouping of a user equipment (UE), identifying a subgroup of the UE for the paging subgrouping, based on the signaling information, and transmitting the paging message to the UE which belongs in the subgroup.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by a second node in a communication system is provided. The method includes transmitting, to a third node, a first message including first indication information for indicating whether the second node supports handling of a packet data unit (PDU) set of an extended reality (XR) service and receiving, from the third node, a second message, wherein if the first indication information indicates that the second node supports the handling of the PDU set of the XR service, the second message includes XR service configuration information.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present application provides a configuration method, a reporting method of a minimization of drive tests (MDT) measurement and an access network device, wherein the configuration method comprises: receiving, by a user node of an access network (CU-UP), a configuration information of MDT from an operation and maintenance node; transmitting, by the CU-UP, the configuration information of MDT to a control node of an access network (CU-CP); receiving, by the CU-UP, the configuration information of MDT for UE from the CU-CP. The MDT under a separate architecture is achieved by the present application.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A first node, a second node, a method performed by first node and a method performed by second node in a wireless communication system are provided. The method performed by first node includes receiving a message regarding at least one of a measurement report of a UE, a suggested target cell for UE, a suggested handover execution condition for UE, and a PDCP sequence number for UE from a second node, and determining information for handover of UE based on the received message. The invention can improve efficiency of handover and/or avoid redundancy for data forwarding during handover.
