    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of radio communications, and particularly to a method and apparatus for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation, comprising the steps of: receiving, by UE, an MAC CE for activation/deactivation of an SCell sent by a master eNodeB or a secondary eNodeB; determining, by the UE, the corresponding SCell; and performing, by the UE, activation/deactivation to the corresponding SCell according to the indication information in the MAC CE for activation/deactivation.

    Abstract: The present invention presents a method for small cell communications, comprising: MME transmits a message of setting up a user plane for UE to a base station in a small cell cluster of the UE, wherein the messages of setting up a user plane include information about evolved radio access bearer as well as uplink tunnel identity and address of the transport layer assigned by SGW; the base station assigns downlink TEID and address of the transport layer to the UE, and responds to the MME; the MME transmits the downlink TEID and the address of the transport layer assigned to the UE to the SGW that serves the UE, and receives a response message from the SGW. Examples of the present invention further present an MME device, a base station device, an SGW device and a small cell communication system. The above scheme presented by the present invention provides a method of supporting the architecture and data transmission of small cells, which supports quick handover between small cells, reduces data loss during the handover, avoids multi-hop data forwarding, guarantees QoS, and improves user experience and system performance.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a handover report and for transmitting a radio link failure (RLF) report are provided. The method includes obtaining, by a target base station, at least one of location information of a source cell or location information of a user equipment (UE) history cell during a handover procedure, and transmitting, by the target base station, the handover report to at least one of a source base station or to a base station where the UE history cell is located, according to the obtained at least one of location information of the source cell or the location information of the UE history cell, wherein the handover report including at least one of an unnecessary handover report, a too early handover report, or a handover to wrong cell report.

The method includes receiving a transport layer address supported by a serving gateway (SGW)/packet gateway (PGW) from a mobile management entity (MME), selecting, by a radio access network (RAN) entity, directly the appropriate transport layer address to establish the user plane bearer, or after receiving the transport layer address transmitted by the SGW/PGW, selecting, by the MME, the appropriate transport layer address to establish the user plane bearer, or reporting, by the MME, the obtained transport layer address used by the access entity to the SGW/PGW to establish the user plane bearer.

    Abstract: Various examples provide a method for radio resources management. An MCE or a GCSE AS or a UE receives usage information of eMBMS radio resources, and adjusts radio resources in response to a determination that there is an overload state. The MCE may re-configure the eMBMS radio resources. Alternatively, the UE or the GCSE AS may establish a unicast channel for transporting a GCSE service which was transmitted on an overloaded eMBMS bearer, and release the eMBMS bearer. The technical mechanism can make effective use of radio interface resources and reduce data loss.
