Shaped articles of cellulosic plastics having superior abrasion resistance and flexibility can be prepared by coating the surface of a shaped article of cellulosic plastics with the above composition and baking the coated article at a temperature from 60.degree. C. to the heat distortion temperature of the article.

In particular, a copper recovering method of recovering copper from a copper-containing acidic waste liquid includes adding a liquid mixture of a copper-containing acidic waste liquid and an oxidizing agent to an alkaline agent solution while a pH of the alkaline agent solution to which the liquid mixture has been added is being controlled so as never to decrease to seven or lower, and by obtaining a solid material whose main component is copper oxide.

The method further includes comparing, by the host, the first authentication information with the second authentication information.

The first data generator generates a second key by encrypting a host constant with a first key in AES operation. The second data generator generates a session key by encrypting a random number with a second key in AES operation. The one-way function processor generates authentication information by processing secret identification information with the session key in one-way function operation. The data output interface outputs the encrypted secret identification information, a family key block, and the authentication information to outside of the device.
