摘要： An SOI substrate and a method for fabricating the same are provided to sharpen the departing angle at the circumference of the active substrate, and provide the active substrate with a uniform thickness. An attached wafer of the present invention is formed by processing the upper side of the base substrate so that its thickness increases from the center to the circumference, and attaching the active substrate to the processed side of the base substrate. The unattached portion of the attached wafer is removed. Then mirror processing is performed to provide the active substrate with a substantially uniform thickness along the processed side of the base substrate.

摘要： A color image-forming process is disclosed, which comprises imagewise exposing a silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least one light-sensitive layer containing at least one coupler capable of forming a dye upon a reaction with an oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent and a silver halide emulsion spectrally sensitized with a dye represented by the following general formula (I), (II) or (II), substantially excluding silver iodide, and containing about 80 mol % or more silver chloride, processing the exposed photographic material with a color developer, then processing it with a solution having a pH of not more than about 6.5 and having a bleaching ability within about 75 seconds: ##STR1## wherein the symbols have the meanings described hereinafter. A silver halide color photographic material to be processed in accordance with the method described above is also disclosed.

摘要： A method for forming a color image which comprises imagewise exposing a color photographic material comprising a reflective support having thereon at least one photosensitive layer containing a color coupler capable of forming a dye image through its coupling reaction with an oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine color developing agent and a silver halide emulsion and processing it with a color developing solution containing substantially no benzyl alcohol, wherein the color development is carried out under the condition that a substantially colorless anionic surface active agent having an unsubstituted aliphatic group, a substituted aliphatic group excluding a fluorine-substituted aliphatic group, or an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic group as a hydrophobic group; and --SO.sub.3 M, --SO.sub.2 M, --OSO.sub.3 M, or --OSO.sub.2 M, wherein M represents a hydrogen atom or a metallic atom or atomic group capable of being a cation, as a hydrophilic group in the molecule thereof is present in the photosensitive layer in an amount within a range of from 0.1 to 3 times the total weight of the color couplers applied in the photosensitive layer during the color development.

摘要： An electronic preset type tuning control device of a tuner using a varactor diode means for multi-band radio receiver is disclosed, which comprises a manually operable tuning pulse generator capable of generating a clock signal and an up or down pulse signal which may be controlled manually, an up/down counter responsive to the output of the pulse generator to produce a binary signal corresponding thereto, a random access read/write memory for storing the binary signal at addresses assigned by a pair of ganged band selector switches a channel selector switch and a preset switch, a digital-analog converter responsive to the binary signal to convert it into a d.c. signal which is fed to the varactor means to tune the tuner to a desired frequency and a control means responsive to the outputs of the preset switch, the band selector switch and the channel selector switch for reading out the data stored in the memory to cause the counter to transmit it to the digital-analog converter without chattering noise due to the operations of the switches.
