Abstract:
The present invention provides a system for developing sense of rhythm. The system includes an interactive surface embedded with an RF antenna, a host, a memory unit, and a media player, an array of contact points on the interactive surface, a display device configured to export the comparison of the tempo and the beat input by a player with the preset tempo and the preset beat, and multiple physical sheets. The function of each contact point is determined or changed by the host in accordance with preset programs. Each physical sheet is embedded with an RFID tag and marked with a musical instrument and corresponding functional components, and the location of the functional components corresponds to the contact points in accordance with the preset programs. Once a physical sheet is placed on the interactive surface, the host is configured to assign a timbre of a musical instrument and the corresponding playing rules to the array of contact points in accordance with the preset programs and the RFID tag embedded in the physical sheet. The visible feedback would help players make corrections more efficiently.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a system for pitch correction. The interactive surface is embedded with a host, an antenna, a memory unit, a voice input device, an audio recognition device, and a media player. The function of each light-emitting contact point is determined or changed by the host in accordance with preset programs. Each physical sheet is embedded with an RFID tag and is printed with a set of pitch marks with increasing difficulty levels, and the location of a functioning area on a physical sheet for the light-emitting contact points is determined in accordance with the preset programs, and the light-emitting contact points correspond to the location of the functioning area. Once a physical sheet is placed on the interactive surface, the host assigns preset flashing rules to the array of light-emitting contact points in accordance with the preset programs as well as the RFID tag embedded in the physical sheet, and generates a preset flashing pattern on the physical sheet, and activates touch functions of the corresponding light-emitting contact points. The visible feedback provides users a straightforward understanding how much their voices deviate from the reference pitches.
Abstract:
Logic may quantize a primary neural network. Logic may generate, by a secondary neural network logic circuitry for a primary neural network logic circuitry, quantization parameters. The primary neural network logic circuitry may comprise a primary neural network with multiple layers trainable with an objective function. Each of the multiple layers of the primary neural network may comprise multiple tensors. The secondary neural network logic circuitry may comprise one or more secondary neural networks trainable with the objective function to output the quantization parameters to the tensors.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of recognizing a user of at least one mobile device by using an imaging device. The method comprises a first obtainment step of obtaining first positional information of the user of the at least one mobile device by using the imaging device; a second obtainment step of obtaining both second positional information and ID information of the at least one mobile device; a comparison step of comparing the first and second positional information so as to obtain a comparison result; and a determination step of determining, based on the comparison result, whether or not to let the ID information of the at least one mobile device be associated with the user of the at least one mobile device.

Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for detecting an interest degree of a crowd in a target position are disclosed. The interest degree detection method includes projecting a depth image obtained by photographing onto a height-top-view, the depth image including the crowd and the target position; dividing the height-top-view into cells; determining density of the crowd in each cell; determining a moving speed and a moving direction of the crowd in each cell; determining orientation of the crowd in each cell; and determining, based on the density, the moving speed, the moving direction and the orientation of the crowd, the interest degree of the crowd in each cell in the target position. According to this method, the interest degree of the crowd in the target position can be detected accurately, even at a crowded place where it is difficult to detect and track a single person.
Abstract:
High frequency currents may be rectified by means of a printable diode comprising a first and a second electrode, between which a semiconducting layer comprising semiconducting particles embedded in an inert matrix, and a conducting layer comprising conducting particles embedded in an inert matrix are arranged.
Abstract:
In some aspects, a colored coded analyte sensor is provided. The analyte sensor has a body and a plurality of machine-readable colored codes associated with the body. The colored codes may contain red, green, and blue hues, which are discernable into coded information. The coded information may include the analyte sensor model, analyte sensor calibration constant, expiration or manufacture date of the analyte sensor, analyte sensor counterfeiting codes, warnings, messages to the user, etc. Colored code reading systems, apparatus and methods for reading such color-coded information associated with the analyte sensor are provided, as are numerous other aspects.
